Great house with lots of room for everyone. Will definitely stay again. Only small complaint was beds were a little uncomfortable. Everyone really enjoyed the house.

This house was great! Exactly like it was listed. The wrap around balcony was awesome. Minutes from the beach. We really enjoyed the trail to get to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This is our second time staying at this property, and it's a family favorite. We love the proximity to the ocean. The house is spacious with a lot of natural light and a great view. The furniture is comfortable and you can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into the amenities in the kitchen. It was extra special to pull up after sundown on our first night and see the lights from the Christmas tree shining and greeting us upon arrival. We have no complaints and are so grateful for our relaxing week at the coast.

This home was perfect for our family of six adults and one 2 1/2 year old. Loved the large living/dining/kitchen space and fireplace. There was a highchair and pack and play at the house, plus some books and DVDs appropriate for kids. The location was perfect with easy access to a great walking beach and to the promenade. The home was decorated for Christmas, which was lovely. The only small complaint we had was from the couple who stayed in the second bedroom upstairs who felt a new mattress would be a great purchase! Otherwise everything was wonderful - one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at - and we have stayed at quite a few. We hope to stay here again - thank you for a beautiful place to celebrate Christmas!

This was a great house for our Family of 10 (2 Parents, 4 adult children and their 4 small kids). The common living area had lots of room for everyone to spread out. Big kitchen and dining area /Open concept. Close to Beach and shopping. Kitchen had everything we needed utensil/ dishes/ waffle maker etc. Nice BBQ on Deck. We had a great time!

This house was perfect for 2 families with kids. Very large spacious rooms and living space. Much bigger than what we anticipated. Location was perfect and there’s even a nice beach view from the wrap around deck.

Well taken care of house within walking distance to the beach. We had plenty of space upstairs with a big open floor plan. This house is centrally located, allowing us to visit Long Beach, Astoria, Canon Beach, and Tillamook while we were there. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful home!! Perfect for our group of 6 adults, 1 kiddo , and dog. Allowed for us all to have our own space and bathroom. Huge open concept living area with gorgeous kitchen, giant dining table, and tons of space for lounging and playing games. Wrap around deck with peek a boo ocean view was wonderful to hang out on. Beach was a very short walk away. Close to town. House was clean and had no smells. Beds were super comfy!! We LOVED this house and will be booking again for next year!!

Clean, modern, well kept. No shoes inside so great for babies to crawl around. Big kitchen, 4 could work together. Every pan and gizmo we needed. One person gave it a 10! I support that! We had rain and snow and sleet and sunshine enough to go to the beach every day. We loved it! Room for everyone!

Such a comfortable, clean, bright and open house. It's a nice short walk to the beach. Good space for the 2 families in our party to enjoy being together but the split level was nice for each family's privacy as well. Unfortunately the parking passes weren't on the counter as was listed at least twice in the check in instructions so I had to communicate with property manager to resolve the issue. Looked in kitchen/pantry for aluminum foil and extra roll of paper towels but couldn't find.

We had a 6 adults and 3 kids and stayed for 3 nights. House is spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms are large. We all felt like we had our own space. Loved the living room/dining/ kitchen r area. Huge space and comfortably fit everyone. Partial ocean view and great deck. House was well equipped with games, cornhole, sand toys...we all had a great time!

3 adults /3 kids in our group and the house was great for us - lots of room to spread out and the kitchen/dining area was perfect for dining in. Wonderful natural light upstairs and a little view of the ocean from the deck - we hope to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The place was available earlier than we expected so we were able to get settled in and let our baby take a nap. The house was amazing. They had all sorts of things available to use from a stroller, walker, kitchen supplies, movies to watch, books, board games… Overall we could not have been more pleased with the house and the people that rent the house out. Thank you Lisa for being so accommodating!

Our group of 8 stayed here over a weekend and it was perfect! Plenty of space, the house was very clean, quiet neighborhood, and we could hear the ocean. We will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful home, well stocked and comfortable. Very spacious, with lots of natural light from the wall of big windows in the great room. Perfect for our two families, one took over the first level, the other - the second floor. Just a short walk to the beach and town, but located on the quiet north end of Seaside.

Wonderful place to spend the week! Quiet neighborhood, clean house, amazing great room, & half block from the beach and amazing sunsets!

Loved this house. Very comfortable for us. House well stocked, great kitchen table for all 10 of us for games and dinner! Great room, Garage and laundry room are awesome.

The rental was perfect for our needs. There were 4 couples, and the bedroom/bath arrangement was wonderful. If we could make suggestions for future stays: 1. it would have been nice to know that the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. We had to go buy ice, and there was actually a shortage of ice at the local Safeway. 2. A few more kitchen cooking utensils would have come in handy. Also, a knife sharpener, as the knives were dull. 3. Maybe a few more kitchen hand towels (there were more than enough dish rags). 4. I think the hair dryer needs replaced. I'm glad I brought my own, but I lent it to my sister inlaw to use, so I used yours one day, and it sounds like it's on its way out. Other than these few sma thoughts, we all enjoyed the house tremendously, and plan on booking again. Thank you ❤️

The house is perfect for family or small group of friends! Very kid/baby friendly. They had everything we needed including a wagon, chairs and toys for the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

The property location allowed us to walk everywhere in Seaside and the beach. It's in very quiet neighborhood and had everything you'd need at the house. Very clean, no odors and plenty of dishes, towels, etc

It was a beautiful house, close to the ocean, huge kitchen and living room, very comfortable beds I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a huge and clean house I would give this house a definite 5.0 rating

The house was amazing, and better than described. It was clean, open and bright. The kitchen was very well appointed with any pot, pan, or appliance needed. The showers had good water pressure, and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable. It was a very quick walk down to the beach, and conveniently close to Seaside. The owner was so wonderful and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Really nice, big living room/kitchen area with a deck with a sunset view too. Kitchen really was incredibly well stocked, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. most (if not all) of the bedrooms had TVs as well. Management was really in touch and responsive.

The house was great. Beach access was very close and made it easy to enjoy lots of family time on the beach. Downtown Seaside is a short walk away. I would definitely stay again.
