We were so impressed with every aspect of this place. The location was handy from the train, close to all places to walk, shop and eat. Best bed ever. The quality of design and decor was uplifting and beautiful. The friendly touches made breakfast (cereal, milk, tea, coffee, juice) so perfect on a rainy morning. We would love to come back!

The property is near the bus and train terminals and near the main street with restaurants. Easy to do day trips without a car.
Our room was spacious and had a comfortable sitting area.
The property is attached to Nicola and Jim's home but provides full privacy. Nicola invited us into their home to see their art gallery and their home.
We enjoyed having breakfast in our room as we had dishes and cutlery. Hosts provided coffee/tea and some breakfast items.
We enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with our stay at the Guest House. We were here on our honeymoon and drove up from Edinburgh. We figured out if you put in Dudley Road into the gps, it takes you pretty much right to the driveway. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy and just what we needed after exploring the area each day. We took day trips to do kayaking in Arisaig and to take the cable car up Ben Nevis. Another day, we walked around Fort William. The Guest House is in a great location to base yourself from. Loved reading the guest book of guests who stayed previously! We would definitely stay here again!

We were made to feel so at home in Parade House by Nicola and Jim. Our room was very comfortable, just like being at home, as it was so well equipped. They really have thought of everything. The artwork and interesting reads were an added bonus. We got some really good nights sleep here as it was so peaceful and quiet. Everything in Fort William is walkable from this location, including an array of shops, good pubs and restaurants, and the train station. Glenfinnan Viaduct and Neptune's Stairs are both easy drives and well worth a visit.

Lovely and beautifully decorated room, the downtown location is convenient to restaurants and public transport. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at the Guest Room Parade House, it was perfect! There was so much thought put into all of the extras they provided and we felt so at home there. It was so lovely to come back from a long day of walking, have a lovely warm shower in the immaculate bathroom and relax in the comfort of the beautiful room. We will definitely book again! Thankyou so much!

The Guest Room is as good as VRBOs get for cleanliness, amenities, and location. It’s walking distance—EASY walking distance—from numerous restaurants and shopping options in Fort William, and a short drive to the outdoor adventures nearby. The hosts are communicative and helpful. We can’t recommend this stay highly enough!

The host provided excellent directions. The guest house has its own parking space and separate outside entrance up stairs. It is an easy short walk to the train station and town restaurants. The Guest Room is a lovely studio with nice size bath and comfortable bed. It is brilliantly designed for space efficiency. Two comfortable chairs, night tables with drawers, a refrigerator cabinet with counter top. Coffee, milk, orange juice, and bottled water in refrigerator. Cereal in dish cupboard. Two comfortable chairs, side table, good lighting, hair dryer. Lovely art. Highly recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment. The location was 4 minutes walk from the station and in the heart of the town, but still very quiet at night. The facilities were excellent. We loved the extra touches such as the toiletries, tea & coffee, cereal and milk.
All in all a very comfortable place to stay, nicely furnished and well thought out. We have already recommended this place to our friends and family. Ideal place to stay for exploring the beautiful highland area.

This lovely space was bright, fresh and comfortable. The host was responsive and thought of all our needs from breakfast supplies to Scottish short bread. The position was perfect for exploring the area.

We lucked out in finding this quaint private guest room right in the heart of Fort William. Would recommend, the amenities are clean and as shown with comfortable bed and nice touches like coffee maker & tea. Thank you for having us!

We loved the area it was very close to public transport, restaurants and shopping, The unit was clean and had everything you needed. It was also very quiet.

I am very fussy about where I stay and did quite a bit of research before I chose Nicola’s place.
It was fantastic from beginning to end. Her instructions before arrival and also in the room (a MUST read) are clear and comprehensive. She was very sweet about letting me arrive a little early.
The room was wonderful and the bed one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Location superb - a very short walk to the train and bus station and within 200 metres of the best coffee places and my favourite restaurant in town.
I am not sure whether to write this review because it is such a great place and I want to be able to book again! But you should stay here. It is worth every penny.

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The Ben Nevis trailhead is a 7-minute drive. Groceries, restaurants, and the train station is a 5-minute walk. Wonderfully easy parking. Everything we needed was provided and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

This property is brilliantly situated in Fort William! It's a short walk to downtown yet private. The space is warm and inviting. There are a number of little touches the owners have done to make it feel really comfortable and enjoyable. They are incredibly pleasant and quick to engage and respond if needed. It's neat, clean and well put together. The surrounding area is breathtakingly beautiful and this place is a great location to take it all in. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Lovely couple running this rental. The suite itself was thoughtfully decorated. Location is great - close enough to High Street to be an easy, quick walk, but far enough away from the noise, if it's there.

What a great place to stay if you're in the area. Very comfortable and well appointed. The host went above and beyond and provided a lot of amenities that we weren't expecting, such as milk, water, etc. The parking is great, and there's a nice patio outside. And the location is fantastic! We highly recommend!

The Guest room is ideally located in Fort William. It is very convenient to walk from the train or bus station. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in The Guest Room. Great directions from our host to an easy parking spot and a brilliant location which is central for the town yet felt very cosy and private.
The decor and furniture was beautiful, stylish and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. There were lovely added extras such as milk and cereal, delicious biscuits and fresh orange juice which were very much appreciated. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts who were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend The Guest Room as the perfect spot and would happily stay again... in fact we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Fort William.

We stayed for two nights on our way up through Scotland. Great room (clean, updated, comfortable, private) in a great location (beautiful short walk to shops and restaurants, as well as rail/bus station). Very happy and would recommend.

This is a lovely studio apartment a five minute walk from the train and bus station and just off High Street. It is well equipped and very comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. We loved our stay in the Guest House! Sarah and Bruce

Stylish and beautifully furnished room. Had everything we required for our stay. We missed the signage to the back of the house and went to the front where it was more prominent. This was confusing and meant that it took us some time to check in. However, this was as much our fault as the owner.

The place was exactly as pictured, nice art and very clean. Great location in the center of town and quiet as it was not directly on the main street. Thank you for a lovely stay.
