Private, quiet and very clean
Nothing; even though no gas due to roadworks (no fault of their own) hosts were so helpful and room was warm and very comfortable

What a lovely place! Our host and hostess were so welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was everything we could have wanted and in such a lovely location. We were spoilt for choice on places to visit - castles, gardens, stately homes. And the breakfasts were spot on, starting with yogurt and fresh fruit, and followed by oven roasted tomatoes and poached egg on toast, croissant, etc etc. I could go on!

Excellent breakfast. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for getting around all the attractions in the area if you have a car. Pretty surroundings. We would highly recommend this place.

This was our second stay here, unfortunately for only left me night this time. The room is quiet despite being close to a busy main road. There is lots of useful information about places to eat. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

Private gated property with parking off road. Well appointed with quality supplies in the bathroom. Coffee making and a fridge (with fresh milk) was good. Crisp clean linen and towels Nice home cooked breakfast. Friendly hosted
I think quite expensive but as it’s a popular property I understand it’s supply and demand pricing. Quite steep stairs so not suitable for elderly.

This is a beautiful property within east reach of Sevenoaks. It is exceptionally well run. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful. The bed linens and towels are lovely. It's spotless clean. We will definitely book again when visiting the area.

The property is in a lovely garden setting, with its own parking, behind a wooden security gate. It is beautifully decorated in calm neutral colours with crisp, white bedlinen and fluffy towels. It is extremely cosy, and very comfortable. The hosts are absolutely delightful, and our breakfast was superb.

Lovely family-run place, with a big parking space, a fantastic breakfast ( and a lovely dog we were allowed to meet, it really brought up the spirits of our little one for the challenging day ahead). the rooms where cosy and warm.

Debra and Drew are two wonderful hosts! Everything was perfect and their willing to accomodate all our requests impressive. We occupied the entire "Barn" and we really felt like being home.Rooms (better to say flats) were nicely decorated and spacious. All was very clean and breakfast amazing!
Parking for the car inside the property , fenced. Felt better for my car.

The hosts were warm and welcoming they couldn’t do enough for you. Lovely couple and their little dog. It was situated in lovely surrounding and property was nice and spacious.

Fabulously located venue with lovely clean, simple decor. Great space for a solo trip or couples retreat. Quiet, private and lovely. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Easy directions, mini fridge to keep snacks and drinks cool. Breakfast was so yummy too.

Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Basic facilities, tea coffee milk and fridge in every room. Plenty space for parking and nice little garden area. Hosts were friendly and very accommodating.

Excellent, comfortable and very private accommodation. Having a sitting area with a sofa bed as well as a bedroom made it perfect for a stay with a relative as opposed to spouse. It was freshly decorated and very clean. Very tasty breakfast as well.
A bit surprised to be charged extra, even though not very much, to have the sofa bed made up.
