Just after midnight my wife and I were awoken by someone in our room who had turned on our lights. As soon as we stirred they ran off. I phoned the night porter who cancelled the current card key and sent up another one. However, trying to get back to sleep at 1am after what had happened was impossible. I complained in the morning whilst checking out but got the distinct impression that they didn't care. They promised to investigate what had happened and call me. They didn't.

Had a lovely stay only down side was when we asked for late checkout we were rung up at the earlier time despite late checkout

very good all round clean room stayed other places near but not as good/would return to this hotel nice clean rooms
The spa could do with a good clean the changing rooms smell of drains and floors are dirty and glass in steam room and sauna are so dirty felt it was very unhygienic if i was a member of the gym and spa i would want a refund or cancel

located on brands hatch racetrack which is great. clean, neat, and with drink facilities.
room was so cold. turned up thermostat to 21 and made no difference. room at 15 told staff member and we were told it’s because it’s an old building!!?!?! take an extra duvet!

Breakfast wasn’t hot only luke warm but it was nice having said that .

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
First room sofa bed sheets were dirty and there was no towels.

Everything was excellent, only a 1 night stay for an experience at the track, but the accomodation and facilities were fantastic went above and beyond.

Really enjoyed everything, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfy! We had a really good view too

Easy location when travelling to brands hatch circuit
Facilities were dated, the room was grubby, staff who were there were great but not enough of them and they were really over worked. We sat down for dinner at 7pm and our food arrived at 9pm

Nothing really, but busy and not enough bar staff. But the staff that were work were wonderful and working so hard.

Staff were pleasant
Power cut not much in place to replace them. Also discovered this is not uncommon in the hotel so a shame things not put in place.

Hotel is lovely. Room nice and Airy. Welcome drink and smarties lovely touch.
Food was great in restaurant.
All staff friendly and welcoming.

Only a couple of small negative points which didn't spoil the stay but would have enhanced and made it a 10/10.
Check in was slow (on a very hot day)
Room not quite as clean as could be (missed some small details)
Be aware that is on a very noisy road and on a hot night would have been nice to close the windows but there was no fan in the room.

breakfast was good, room was fine although the sofa bed was not fantastically comfortable. Check in no problem, and the Spa was very nice. plenty of parking.
Only issue was broken glass on the carpet in the corridors in the morning, probably from late night revellers but nevertheless a worry when you have small children with you.

fire alarm went off 3 times on the friday during dinner then Saturday morning then again sunday morning, no explanation an no apology

Dated interior, poor maintenance of property. Bar service very slow and no cold or draught beer available.
