No baby cot, the AC didn't work (it's August). The staff didn't speak English, including front desk. There was a loud mechanic noise just outside our room throughout the night.

Great place, everything is very nice and they take care so nicely about all the details! Great staff, very helpful and friendly, you can understand they like what they do.

We really enjoyed the stay in this beautiful hotel. Amazing choice if you travel with kids. Rooms were really clean and AC worked. Staff was exceptionally nice.

The only drawback was that we had to travel by train to the city center. Trains were really modern, clean and on time. But once the metro was shut down and we missed the last train and had to search for some alternative transportation.

Fabulous stay here. Friendly staff and peaceful location. Extremely clean and neat and would recommend.

It was really far from the centre, In the morning there was always something missing from the breakfast, everything was delicious but it's only a few things that they offer, mostly sweets .

It was hard to find utensil when eating breakfast. Sometimes the staff was very busy and there wasn’t anywhere one could find forks and knives.

Modest breakfast buffet but very tasty and fresh food. The hotel was very clean and quite. We had to check out very early in the morning but even our breakfast bags were ready for the trip ehead.

The hotel is excellent, everything new and the staff is very professional and polite, they go beyond their duties to make you feel comfortable, the room was very clean and nice but the air conditioner was not cool enough, it was like a sauna at night, I lowered the thermostat but its setup to not go low, I slept at room temperature in June climate. I guess this is the way it is in Europe.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel pays attention to every detail from the music, interior design, and room experience. The on-site restaurant with chef and staff is superb! I would definitely return to Favilla Hotel.

An oasis just north of Roma near a train station, first class accommodations, very clean, and breakfasts were awesome.

Hotel is very clean and beautiful, friendly staff, 500 meters from trains to Rome (15-20 mins for 1 euro)

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I've been here many times before, I think about 7 times or even more. From the warm welcome onwards, it is exceptional - beautiful building, beautifully decorated, with many orchids, immaculate grounds, very stable WiFi. This is very good, because the hotel surroundings outside the imposing gate are very ordinary and you won't really want to leave to walk around.... The breakfast is good, but not special, and in summer you can have it on the roofed terrace outside. The best thing of all, though, are the rooms : so conveniently arranged with their own covered porch. You can park your car right there, and there are no stairs or lifts to negotiate. The porch is ideal for drinking a coffee peacefully, and also for dogs : my dog lies there surveying the passing people... I forgot to mention that the hotel is (very) dog friendly too. Don't miss FAVILLA, HOTEL of MUCH CHARM 😀

The property is attractively decorated, very clean, staff were very helpful and attentive, and the restaurant dinner was excellent.

We chose the hotel for its easily accessible location outside town and were happy with that, but the road itself is not very appealing. Unfair to detract from the efforts made at the hotel though.

Beautifully kept grounds and lovely rooms, friendly staff, quiet surroundings.... but the town of 7Bagni is rather uninspiring, so you're better off staying in the hotel's grounds.

Outside the hotel the town is not clean. Apart from that, it's a joy and a brilliant place to stay.
