Sehr freundlich, überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung, sehr gute Betten, sehr sauber, ein sehr schöner Ausblick, die Nutzung des Gartens und des Grillplatzes.

Leider doch viel Lärm von den Straßen, leider nur eine Pantry-Küche, die genaue Adresse nicht im Vorwege ersichtlich, die Lage letztendlich etwas zu isoliert.

The host Dafni was nice AT FIRST but was very nitpicky and very unprofessional and difficult and completely unpleasant during our stay. Upon arrival she realized it was only two of us staying so she locked all other doors to rooms and didnt allow access. We asked her from the beginning if it was ok for us to have a small group of bridesmaids get ready there as We were in Anavyssos for a wedding just (hair and makeup) no overnight stay. She said it was ok. But she wouldnt allow the other rooms to be open. We were confused because we thought we were paying to use the whole apartment as stated in the booking info. She came back up and said she would "make an exception" because booking.com did not have the Ad correctly stated. Well she ended up requesting more money the next day (wedding day) As beautiful and nice as the place was with a gorgeous view, it did not make up for the horrible experience we had with the host. After the experience we had with her it made me not want to even stay for our final night. We understood she wanted payment and we were prepared to take care of it and pay through booking, not even an hour after asking she started making demands for the cash and was extremely rude to us and one of the bridesmaids. Her words exactly "if you do not pay me X amount in cash/euros there will be problems" and "i am calling police" To the point where the bride needed to come down half hair and makeup done and try to reason and beg for the harassment of photographer and videographer to stop and for this host to allow us to continue to get ready. As i said, even though this place was really beautiful with nice view and everything, I WOULD NOT stay here again. Dafni would not let anyone else speak and was pretty hysterical after not getting her money within a few minutes.

The accommodation has modern amenities while being aesthetically traditional. Kitchenette has all that is needed ie cooking hobs, dishwasher and Microwave. There is also a water filter connected to the tap so no need to buy bottled water. The 3 bedrooms are very spacious and there is provision of 2 bathrooms. There were 5 of us staying so 2nd bathroom was very handy. There is a beautiful big balcony with dining table and lovely view of the sea. Garden area is also lovely with ample seating and access to a barbecue. Dafni as a host is the best she is very helpful and always responds quickly to queries. I will definitely recommend the property above others you definitely get excellent value for your money.

Not easy to get about with out a car. Kitchenette was a little small
