Adorable little home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very kind and even recommended fishing areas to us! We would 100% stay here again.

We stayed for a few days for business and to visit some old friends. The house was set up perfect and the landlord was a delight to work with. We will stay again!

This house was a gem. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful yard and flowers - even better than the online pictures. If felt just like home, so comfortable, clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food, including some empty cupboard space to put away our groceries. Our family group included all age groups - a toddler, a mom, grandma, and two great aunts (80's). It was comfortable for all of us. The beds were great, plenty of towels, and everything we could have needed. The bedroom with the bear decor was a hit with the toddler, who didn't tire of looking at them all. The high chair, and stroller were much appreciated. We were participating at an event at the Oregon Horse Center,which was only a few minutes away, with an easy drive through the country side. We would definitely stay here again - a hidden gem for sure.

Perfect spot to come back to after checking out Eugene and Corvallis. Super clean, comfy beds, so quiet and really relaxing. Everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal if you are so inclined. Just a really sweet cottage.

Three of us shared the house during a ladies golf tournament. It was nice to come back to a comfortable quiet place. This place was well equipped! Beautiful gardens!

We enjoyed this cute rental very much! The hosts are very thoughtful in providing almost everything you will ever need and then some. Awesome games, a beautiful kitchen for all your cooking and baking desires, and every room in the home is super confortable! The neighborhood is gorgeous and tranquil, and we would definitely recommend new travels to stay here and renewed guests already know to come back. A property truly designed for the family ages newborn to 92. We snuggled into the very comfortable couch and watched movies with the extra blankets that were provided,. We cooked a gourmet meal Saturday night on the full size gas grill. The kitchen had everything! We will never hotel it again in Eugene. Communication with our host was easy and prompt.

A beautifully decorated farmhouse n a pleasantly quiet area of Eugene. We will always want to stay here for our visits to the area.

Quiet neighborhood on the outskirts with attentive hosts. Close enough to run into town and pick up a nice dinner for the family, yet far away from the hustle!

UO alumnus that came back to Eugene for the Ducks/Huskies game. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience! The cottage is absolutely adorable and has everything you could possibly need. This was the coziest cottage that was far enough away from all the action, but a short drive from campus/downtown Eugene. April was a great host and quick to respond to all questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfect house

The hosts were gracious. The cozy farmhouse was charming and impeccably clean! It was the perfect hangout for our annual Duck game with the kids. We hope to stay again. Thank you, April & Chuck!

This property is truly special. Everything is immaculate and carefully thought out, being well stocked. It's decorated from the curb to the closets. Lots of space to unpack and settle in. It is quiet and peaceful. If you want a story book stay, this is your place. Thank you April and Chuck

She was so responsive and the place was amazing.

We have stayed at numerous private guest houses, throughout Europe and in the U.S., and April and Chucks place is one of the overall nicest by far! The location is superb for getting anywhere within the Eugene/Springfield area, as well as for doing day trips to some of the many scenic Oregon recreation areas. The house itself is fully equipped, and the private drive and carport are major assets. The open patio off of the master bedroom, along with the recliners and picnic bench on the spacious lawn allow one to enjoy the outside as well. The communication with April was personable and very friendly. We're so glad to have met her and Chuck. In all, we totally enjoyed our 10 day stay and would gladly come back whenever we're in the Eugene area.

Our hosts were helpful throughout our stay, and the cottage was exactly as represented. Kitchen and bath had everything we needed, and everything was VERY clean! The outdoor area was beautiful, and the location was convenient for our needs. Excellent!!
