The property has ample space both inside and outside the cottage and it is a peaceful stay in a tiny village of Sioni. We could see stars at night and sitting outside on the deck of the studio apartment, you can see the mountain peaks all around the area.
We were asked to light the bonfire ourselves when we requested for it, although they provided us the wood etc.

В восторге от проживания в доме, хотелось остаться там подольше. Очень уютно, чисто и комфортно. В доме есть все необходимое, тепло, нет проблем с горячей водой.
Можно любоваться на горы из окна или прогуляться по окрестностям. На машине добираться удобно, здорово, что не слышно дорогу.

Очень уютно, тепло в доме. Все необходимое имеется. Вода горячая. Все очень чистое. Для автомобиля места достаточно. Во дворе очень приятно.
Если бы была плита, вообще было идеально! Но это единственное, чего не хватало. Во всем остальном просто прекрасно!

the hosts were very friendly and caring, the location, view, and interior are very nice! there are a kettle and a good microwave in the cabin. in that district there are several beautiful churches, forest, a very good Georgian restaurant, a small grocery shop, and a waterfall — some are accessible by foot but for some you will need a car. there are cute dogs living at the property

We had an enchanting experience at this location. Initially, the entrance of the facility reaching at night made us feel scared, but the attentive caretakers of the resort ensured a delightful stay. The facilities were outstanding, offering breathtaking views of icy landscapes. If any time I plan a trip to Kazebi, this spot will always be my top choice with an affordable price tag. Staying here felt like being part of a welcoming family with the facility owners. We find ourselves reminiscing about the days spent here and eagerly anticipate returning for more moments of relaxation. It's truly the best place to stay, offering stunning views of ice-covered mountains.
We still miss the captivating scenery behind the facility—a must-walk area, especially during the winter.

The host is amazing , we didn’t have a car , he picked us up and even helped us get to a restaurant nearby with great food.
The view is crazy good , the room is warm and clean.
Worth the money.

Very nice place to stay. Few minutes to drive to Stepantsminda town. Ideal to someone who wants to enjoy the nature and relax. River just within several minutes of walking. Very pleasant, helpful host. Highly recommend

It was away from the city in a village. We loved that the family was next door and the place is full of puppies, dogs and kittens. Oh and the view is to die for.
They only communicate in Georgian language although that’s a quick fix with google translate

Room was clean. Hot water available.
It was very remote. Too far from centre. Food is not available. No nearby restaurants. Even though they mentioned that restaurants are available at a 5 min walking distance, it was 3 miles away.

nice garden, friendly hosts, funky decor, clean, hot water in the shower and for making tea, good sitting on the porch.
without own transportation (ie car/motorcycle) it is very far from everything - even the next restaurant is 3km away, and only chance transportation to stepantsminda. with no meals served, make sure to bring supplies. if you do there aren’t many other downsides - maybe only that the 2 rooms are not sound proofed against each other

Peace at the end of the village. Beautifull nature close to the house. Friendly owner and good cousine.

Low-key alternative to Stepansminda, particularly well suited for families with kids (as we were) - owner is a very nice guy with interests in Caucasian dogs :-) Our boy really enjoyed three of their puppies. Probably not for everyone (typical village house-cats and dogs included), not a luxury apartment. For me, personally, this was a great experience and we liked it a lot. Knowing basic Russian is good knowledge to possess.
Location is great for watching evening parade of cows from the pastures, but you definitely need a car

They were so kind! The room is really cozy with a nice wooden style. Nice bathroom. Lots of space! The area is quite peaceful, it's great if you want to feel isolated and away from the town. If you don't have a car, it's easy to hitchhike, and there are taxis leaving from the town of Stepantsminda to Sioni (where the hotel is located). I'm sure you can ask the staff to order you a taxi to leave from the hotel as well.
There's also a garden with a few benches, it's quite cute.
I expected a bit more from the "kitchenette". There was only a kettle, no fridge and no microwave (but please check with them, maybe that will have changed by the time you read this).

Nice, romantic and very cozy room. We arrived at night and the lady was waiting for us outside in the cold, however it's very far from everywhere, there are no restaurants around and you can't commute to anywhere, we hitchhiked to out next destination. If you rented a car which we saw some other people did you can stay their for a very good value of money and travel around to very nice 🙂 places like Kazbegi and Truso valley and Just with you car. The area is rich with nice places to visit. The only option for food is the food they prepare at hike which is very delicious and fresh but very very limited. The room we stayed in is good for maximum 2

The location is written on booking.com to be in Kazbegi but it's not actually in Kazbegi, it's in a place called Sioni which needs car to Kazbegi but there are no cars or taxis or mashrotkas "the public buses" to go to Kazbegi. We hitchhiked to reach Kazbegi. If u have a car it's an amazing good value for money place
No restaurants or cafes, the owner can cook one or two Georgian dishes for you

The room is in a pastoral and peaceful location, perfect to relax and close to the main town. David and his family are extremely welcoming and helpful. They even drove us around and were so generous.

Simply amazing. Quiet, has all necessary amenities and amazing host. Was able to relax and drink some wine outside. Cats that live there are awesome as well :)

Place is wonderful, owner are amazing and food made by the owner is fantastic.
It's a quiet place, the appartment is big enough and very clean.
Can be a bit cold inside when temp are around -15°C outside. But for sleeping there are some big blanket :)
