Overall cleanliness of property surrounds and unit itself was extremely poor. Dead rotting frog in pool, bins smelling as probably not emptied for over a week, unit was not clean. Ironing board disgusting with rotting padding, dishwasher falling out of its allocated space. Peeling laminex on cupboards. Visible dirt and dust on surfaces. Kitchen window siliconed shut and frame sitting out 2" from where it should be. Kitchen tiles with black stained marks on them so look very dirty. Considering the rental charged, definitely poor value for money. Definitely would not recommend and would never stay there again.

Great spot 1 min walk away to the quieter part of Byron Beach. Walking distance to town. Perfect location.

In need of an update and air con
We have stayed in number 7 for many years and love the location, however it is getting a little tired and the unit needs air conditioning. The top floor is too hot to sleep in, even with a fan and the windows wide open.

Great apartment with killer beach location!
We had a wonderful stay with our family. The location is fantastic and the pool is a bonus especially for the kids. The apartment is huge and everything is functional for a family beach holiday. Really loved it and will def book again.

Our stay was lovely and the unit was very nice and in a great location. I would definitely stay there again!

7/34 Kendall Street - Kendall Beach Apartments
Great place to stay if visiting Byron - would recommend it to anyone. Also very good for schoolies weeks for a holiday. Staff always helpful and easy to contact.

10/10!
We had an exceptionally nice stay at Kendall street. The property was super clean and we encountered no problems at all. It was a quiet block about a 15 minuet walk from the main part of town, and a 2 minuet walk from the beach! The apartment was spacious and the pool was a fantastic added bonus! I also must say, all interactions I had with the staff at Byron Coastal Getaways (via email and while picking up and dropping the keys off) were fantastic! All staff were super helpful, friendly and accommodating! If we ever come to byron again we will certainly book through your company!
