This condo is literally on the beach. Ocean views from bedroom living room and kitchen. You definitely feel like you are closest condo to the water. The pool looks directly over the water. The condo is fully equipped to cook all meals, which we only ventured out for dinner. Super close to some cool places. Publix is right across the street and Walmart is about 10 mins down the road. The condo has laundry at $2 to wash and $2 to dry in common area. The unit has books and games for families. 2 bedrooms with a pull out sofa and a roll away cot. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Towels are provided for the beach and so are beach toys and chairs! Definitely will be back. We had a bonus of seeing 2 rocket launches, right off our balcony. This place didn't disappoint. Look no further. This is the unit to book!

I booked for just a few days to get away from a very stressful job and relax . Mission accomplished. Sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean was ideal. The view was outstanding . Hope to stay again some time.

As we all know, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Upon our arrival, there was a slight issue that was of no fault of the owner or property manager. Bill reacted instantly to fix our issue, we above and beyond to accommodate and fix the issue without hesitation. Other than that, nice view of the ocean, unit is very well maintained and updated

This is my family's new favorite place. It looked exactly like the photos and Bill was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The staff at the facility was great as well. We had mentioned not having boggy boards and within 30 minutes they brought 2, the manager said for them to bring them for us. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean, it was not as crowded as many beaches and was quiet. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

The view from the property was absolutely amazing! The condo had everything a person needs !! A definite redo in our future!!!!

Best view of ocean ever in 30+ years of vacation travel. Loved the place and all the surroundings. Everything you need within 10 minute drive or five minute walk. Pool was amazing and beach access right off the pool deck was perfect. Highly recommend year round. Book it if it’s available, you will not be disappointed.

The view is incredible. Bill was very responsive and nice. Pool room recently renovated. Our favorite stay so far as PBC!

Excellent in all regards

The property was great. The location of our condo was excellent. We could see the beach and the pool from our balcony and our bedroom window. Access to the beach and pool we easy. The place was smaller and more expensive than the others we have stayed at in this area, but we did wait until the last minute to reserve.

We enjoyed the gorgeous water views and the close proximity to the beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants. The area felt very safe and the resort was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this resort! we appreciated the owner’s prompt communication as this was a last minute rental.

Beautiful corner unit affording the sound and views of the ocean from every room. Very clean unit with all supplies to make your beach getaway complete.

We have stayed at this property 3 times and it has always been great. The unit has 270 degree beach views with a balcony that overlooks the beach, making you feel like you are on the beach without the sand. We have had perfect views of 2 space launches from the balcony during our stays. The unit is well appointed with everything you need for your stay...dishes, blender, everything. What really was fantastic was how comfortable the master bedroom mattress is. The location is right across the street from a grocery and there are lots of great restaurants within a mile. The location is quiet and the property has before/after 10:00 morning and evening noise restrictions making it really quiet and serene. There are some aspects of the property that are a little outdated but it is still spectacular. This visit, there were a couple of maintenance issues that arose that the owner corrected immediately upon notification. This owner is a class act and communication with him is easy. We truly love this property and highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Paradise Beach. We were so close to the beach! Communication with Bill was great. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Condo was very nice.

We came to the area for a baseball tournament. We were overall happy with the condo. It provided the best beach views! It was spacious and suited our needs. Beds were comfortable. I would say the only thing that might make it better is to offer a washer and dryer for use in the unit as many of the other condos in the building have that amenity. Otherwise, we had a great experience!

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for during my stay in Brevard. The condo had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Loved the convenience of having a supermarket across the street. I'll be back!

The Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice and clean except a few details which git worked out no problem. I love how it was so homey and comfy. It has alot of character from the glass lamp shades and and wicker furniture in the bedroom. There was ample room for all 3 of us to sit either at the bar or at the dining table. Although, my avarice place to sit was out on the balcony. Our last 3 days we were entertained by 3 dolphins swimming about 150 feet out from the sandbar. Beautiful views of the Sunrise and sunsets. We will definitely be back!

The view from every window was of the Atlantic and the sound of the coursing waves was healing and also quieted the surrounding sounds. This private corner unit was decorated in a lovely yet cozy way and the master bedroom could not have been more comfortable or had a better view! (I didn't sleep in the twin beds.) The pool was nice too and mostly filled with families with young children. The ocean was steps away. It is exactly as advertised and I highly recommend it!

This property is about 20 feet from the ocean. Large waves curled as surfers abounded. The condo has games and beach chairs and boogie boards to allow the guest to make the most time away from home.

We have stayed at this property before and love it. Views can't be beat. Quiet, well stocked with everything you need. Many restaurants and grocery store close by. Master bed is super comfy unlike most places. We love this place. Only negative this trip was that the complex office was never opened so we couldn't get the shuffleboard equipment or complain about the maintenance workers on the sea wall working until 10 p.m. on a Friday night or from power washing the walkways and spraying dirty water all over our car and others parked next to the building. Only reason the Friday workers stopped at 10 p.m. was my husband threatened to call the police for a noise code violation. The owner had no control over that. We still love this place and booked again for next year.

Corner unit with a wonderful view. Condo was very comfortable for our family of 5 and had all the amenities we needed. Easy access to the stairway and elevator. Publix and Walgreens across the street. Minor dishwasher issue but owner apologetic and will repair. We’ll stay again.

We loved the views from this corner unit. There were so many windows in the living room that you could see the ocean from anywhere in the room. The place was clean and the perfect size for our group. Convenient beach and pool access was the cherry on top. This is the best beach condo that we have stayed in to date.

Beautiful views- one of the prettiest places we have stayed. The ocean is right in front of the patio and you can walk there in seconds. Condo is spacious and nicely decorated. Quiet section of the beach, we never felt crowded. Publix right across the street.

The condo was in great shape, exactly as described. Had everything we needed in terms of bedding, towels, basic beach supplies, kitchen tools. The location is great, not right in the heart of the busy Cocoa Beach area, but a short drive for restaurants. Groceries, Dunkin Donuts, right across the street (walkable). Easy drive to Walmart (10 min) for bigger beach supplies. Highly recommend.Nothing related to the condo itself, our only regret was we didn't bring water shoes. This stretch of ocean was rocky/shelly... we did not expect this having never been to this area. There were times of day (lowest tide) that it was hard to be in water... shoes would have helped a ton. Otherwise, we had great waves and so much fun. Our favorite close by restaurant was Goombays. Don't forget to plan a day to see Kennedy Space Center if you like all things Rockets/Shuttles. Seeing them so up close and personal was amazing.
