Generally, we are happy with our stay. The pictures and description were very accurate. I would give it a 3.5 stars, but they don't allow half stars above. A few recommendations for the owner (e.g. time for new sheets and comforters and towels, as they are old and stained by prior guests - yuk. e.g. Paint is pealing on wall due to 'damp' wall in master bedroom - another yuk and what is with the no kleenex, 1 single paper towel role for 1 week, and 1 ply thin toilet paper )

The property is very well kept. The owner of our rental decorated superbly and provided all necessary items for a long restful stay.

Stayed a long weekend in October. Beautiful condo with everything updated. Balcony overlooks the ocean and pool. Well maintained property. Sand beach with lots of shells. Condo is on third floor. Elevator is available but we never used it as steps were easy. Grocery store was right across the street. You do need a car, unless you just plan to enjoy the beach and never go out…:which would have been fine with me! Property manager was always quick to respond but we had no problems. The only thing I missed was a full length mirror but we dressed up for a wedding. Definitely would rent this one again!!

The view is amazing! Updated modern decor. Comfortable furniture. The cleaning staff very friendly! We enjoyed our girls trip and would definitely stay here again!!

Loved being able to look out the huge bedroom window at the ocean morning and evening. Convenience of the stores nearby.

When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned at all from previous renters. It was quite an inconvenience to place our luggage and belongings in a bedroom, and have to be displaced while the property manager could contact the crew to come in and clean. Especially since we had groceries, etc to unload. The crew did a quick clean, nothing great. The cleanliness was top rated on previous reviews, however we did not have the same experience. Our fee was refunded, appropriately. The location is great. The pool is clean, steps down from the condo, and the beach was so quiet. We had to pool and beach to ourselves at times. The grocery store is across the street. The Surfin' Turtle was a daily treat to get Dole Whips and sundaes. The A1A has many restaurants and cafes to choose. The kitchen had all amenities we needed and was well stocked. There are no ceiling fans or standing fans hiding anywhere in the condo. Even with the A/C on, the condo felt damp and a little stagnant. It needs some fans available. The bathrooms need hooks for towels and also garbage cans. There were no receptacles in the bathrooms, which I found lacking. Also, the closets need some luggage racks or something to set suitcases on. We had suitcases sitting on the living room floor. We utilized the pull-out couch for our kids (ages 7 and 9), but we had to move the more than (at least!) 200+ lbs coffee table out of the way first. The coffee table is not a good choice to have in a room where it may need to be moved daily for a bed set-up. We opted to leave the pull-out sofa out because we could not safely move the coffee table daily to break-down and set-up the sofa at night.

This was a beautiful condo I used as a base for several graduations and the accompanying events. It was perfect! The unit was beautifully designed and very clean. I would certainly recommend!

I liked that its not a HUGE complex. Plenty of parking. The decor was very classy, beachy but not cheesey. Very clean. Had a lock out issue and the management was available via phone and was able to five me the code to get back in. They strive to please.

This is the most AMAZING place! It's bright, updated, well cared for, quiet, and in the best location possible. Management is super responsive.

The condo was everything as advertised. The ocean view was spectacular from the large windows. The condo was exceptionally clean. Loved the kitchen with ample pots, pan, dishes, glasses, and silverware. The complex was very well kept and extremely quiet. Will certainly return. Thank you Cindy.

Great beach oasis

Location was perfect and convenient. Exactly what we needed for a girls getaway. Beach chairs/towels/umbrella very helpful. Manager easily accessible by message for questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The only thing I missed was a Keurig machine. Coffee maker is available but could be updated. Would definitely stay here again.

The only reason I feel I should leave a review is so the manager/ owner is aware that whoever is responsible for cleaning and stocking is not doing their job. The place had hair on counters, HUGE amounts of hair in bathrooms, chips all over the floor, sauce spilled on cabinet. With the cleaning fee amount I’d think they place should be spotless! Sadly not the case. They also did not give us any toilet paper in guest bathroom. The beach supplies it came with were nice but kept inside guest room and covered in sand all over the closet.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Having beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella was nice. The beach umbrella I think needs replaced. We bought another umbrella and left it for others to use. Having linens and bath toweks provided was nice.. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The view while sitting on the balcony was wonderful. The beach was nice and not crowded.. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for a great time. The Knupp Family

This condo is a beautiful place conveniently located directly on the beach. Cindy was easy to get in contact with and made the process easy. My Family enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed at. We loved the convenience to the beach, only a few steps away.

The condo we stayed in was clean and in good condition. Only complaint which would be nice to haves is for the condo to have its own washer and dryer units. The general use ones did not look to great.

What an awesome property! Everything that we needed was in this condo. Beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella. We bought a few other things and left them there as well. The condo was right on the beach, no walking across busy streets! Close to grocery store, restaurants. We had an awesome time and would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a relaxing time away. Great for families with younger kids!

The condo was immaculate ! Completed updated, ocean front and beautiful. We were on the third floor with elevators. They also had carts for convenience to help with bags or groceries. Publix directly across the street The cons were I was working one of the weeks and I work out in am. Exercise room doesn’t open till 8 and also they do not allow adult lap swimming in the pool in early am which is a first for all the places we have been in florida. Can’t swim laps once the kids are there. Overall wonderful experience.

My family (myself, age 33, husband, 36, and two boys ages 5 and 7) just returned home from a week at this condo in Satellite Beach. We had an amazing stay! We found this condo to be beautifully updated, clean, and very well stocked. We had enough towels to last us all week, and I didn't feel the need to launder anything, which was huge! The kind bed in the master bedroom was plush and super comfortable. The location of the property itself was perfect- just close enough to not be secluded from the world but far away from the hustle and bustle. Just what we wanted! Our family enjoyed morning walks across the street to Dunkin' for donuts and coffee, and we stocked the condo's kitchen on our first evening with a quick trip across to the Publix and Dollar General. The complex is small, which was what we were looking for. The heated pool was much warmer than the ocean water and provided hours of entertainment for our kids! It was never overly crowded, even on a Spring Break trip, and the guests were all so friendly. I did wash our wet bathing suits and various items twice, and the laundry facilities were fine, and close by. The condo is located on the third floor, right by the stairs, and boasts a perfect view of the beach and pool. I treasured my morning coffee on the balcony each morning at sunrise. Our check in and check out process couldn't have been easier. The only very small request I would make for future visits would be a bedside lamp in the master bedroom. I am a night-time reader, and there was no lighting available other than the overhead track lights. The guest bedroom did offer two nice lamps on either side of the bed, but our kiddos slept there. This was a beautiful property in a beautiful location, and we would recommend it to anyone!
