The place was excellent location to enjoy and relax with the family.. The beach couple feet from the door. It was great that pets was allowed. It was pretty quiet for us. We didn't hear noise the kids playing in the pool. It was nice you have a choice between the beach or the pool..

I just wish there was another way to get down to the beach instead of just one way from the pool. Only bad thing is that we can't walk our dog on the beach. I just wish they could let us do that. Like in the morning and night time or something. But I think they need a new mattress. Cuz it hurts my back. Make to much noise when you're turn.. My son's kind complaint about the weight room/The exercise room I wish they include weights , all it was treadmill this will be very helpful.

We were there there a week and for 3 people we got 6 towels. Had to spend my vacation washing towels to have clean ones. Not happy about that spending time to do that. The room would not get below 75 so it was hot at night.

Everything was amazing! Room 231 has Everything u need. Amazing beach views from balcony and master bedroom. Absolutely Beautifullllllllll decorations throughout the entire home 2bedrooms 2 bathroom and its 2 story's!!😃🤩🤩 Plenty of room for myself as well as my hubby and 4 kids. Big and functional kitchen dining and living area that open up to balcony. We were in love the moment we walked in. Fulll kitchen with all pots pans utensils u may need. Everything we needed was already there and a great addition was the Beach towels, 2 Beach ⛱ chairs,2 body boards ,beach umbrella and cooler and pool toys for the heated outdoor pool. We Had a great time! Was a very family friendly place. Everyone was nice it is a quiet place and its only a 20 min straight shot up the street to Beautiful Cocoa Beach and all they have to offer . 5 stars !! Makes me want to move to Florida!! walking distance to shopping and dining. Won't let me pull up and post the pictures of the place but its better then pictured and advertised!!

There was nothing we didn't like really Everything was absolutely amazing!! We do wish there were more and /or closer smoking areas around or smoking was allowed at least outside on the balconys perhaps.
