Appartement spacieux, au 1er étage, dans une grande maison cossue localisée dans un quartier calme, idéalement située près du château de Schönbrunn. Bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a donné des informations pour notre séjour. Il a aussi été très réactif par messages (nous avions notamment un problème d’eau chaude qu’il a réglé très rapidement). Nous avons pu garer notre véhicule dans la cour (fermée avec un portail) et nous déplacer jusqu’au centre de Vienne avec nos vélos. L’appartement est propre, la cuisine est bien équipée. Les photos sur le site sont fidèles à la réalité. Aucune nuisance sonore. Un classeur est mis à disposition avec toutes les informations utiles pour le séjour.

Das Apartment ist heimelig und gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses und die Stille im Haus sind angenehm und garantieren erholsamen Schlaf in den behaglichen Betten.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (wir sind autolos) ist gut. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit per Telefon erreichbar oder persönlich ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Es war wieder alles top,super Ausstattung und extrem gute Lage,direkt hinter dem Schloss Schönbrunn ca. 10 min Fußweg.
Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter,Parkplatz im Hof. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wer Infos oder Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Wien sucht,wird ebenfalls schnell fündig,alle Infos vorhanden. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

Groß, super sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Unser Auto war vor dem Haus sicher geparkt. Elektrisches Tor inklusive. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber.

Very nice apartment, big and clean, in a good location close to the Schonbrunn. Host was very nice and helpful.

Very clean and big apartment with free parking in a quiet neighborhood. The location is close to few bus lines and a tram that can take you to city center or to an U-Bahn station. Park at Schönbrunn palace is a walking distance away.
There is a small grocery shop within a gas station 1-2 min away and a mini-market about 10 min walking time.
Very friendly hosts.
Was a bit cold at first when we arrived but the apartment warmed up till evening. So perhaps if it's a winter/cold season maybe ask host to turn on the heating few hours before your planned arrival. Other than that it was perfect.

Everything. The host very helpful. The location very quiet. The parking in the yard. Very cosy and clean appartment. Very well equiped, with coffe machine and all that you need.

The apartment was nice, clean, you have everything you need in it. We enjoyed our stay and we will return next time for sure :).

We arrived an hour early and they let us in without any problems. Very clean and comfortable apartments, 15 minutes to the center by car, Schönburn Zoo within walking distance.

It was a great stay for us. The style of the apartment and the surroundings made us feel like locals and that's a really nice feeling. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. Free parking is possible using the yard in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean. Watching the plants and trees in the backyard was a delight. A bus station is very close to the property. Schonbrun area is reachable by foot in no time. That Zoo over there was spectacular. We will gladly and for sure return to "Am Fasangarten" for our next trip in Vienna. All the best to Schmuk family!

Great location near to the Schonbrunn. Mr. Schmuk was VERY helpful. He gave us a lot of information about the place and local attractions. We really enjoyed the stay here.

The location is excellent. Some nice restaurants only a short walk away. Public transport is great, 2 bus stops nearby which link up with the underground, etc. The host is very nice and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and left very early in the morning but it was no problem for our host.
The kitchen could do with an update but that is not really a complaint ;-)
