We received a lovely welcome from the owner who had got a log fire roaring away in the lounge ready for us. We immediately felt at home. The views from the lounge and patio were stunning.

Setting was superb and the accommodation was very comfortable with the cosy woodburner. Unfortunately we had rain while we were there so not able to sit out on the decking, but I'm sure it would be perfect in the right weather. Host were very helpful and allowed us to charge an electric car overnight which was nice and they accommodated us at short notice due to a let down at a property on Skye, so full marks!

Nothing really, although I imagine the property will need some updating in the next couple of years or so.

Our hosts were very friendly and Angusina helped us with organising our hiking trip in Skye. It is a nice, cosy and quiet lodge. You can observe the nearby horses, cows and birds from the terrace. Great option to stay with large group as there are many bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area.

Beware that there is hardly any reception and the WiFi connection can be patchy - but you shouldn't need WiFi here anyway :)

Everything - clean rooms, great views, excellent facilities within the accommodation, ideally located for both Isle of Skye and Loch Ness. Most importantly a host who cared about the guests.

Stunning views, great location for walks, visiting amazing local places, and for crossing by bridge to the Isle of Skye. Simply stunning. Our room was a twin, and very basic and small, just fitting the two single beds, a lovely old chest of drawers, with dressing table top and mirror, and a clothes hanging rail. Amazingly though, we had the best night's sleep! It was quiet, with comfy beds, and really snuggly duvet and pillows, that smelled so clean and fresh. The room was well worth our discounted rate, for location, and for the cleanliness and freshness, and comfort for a good sleep. Really big, spotlessly clean, wet room, with good shower. Quality complimentary toiletries, and towels are provided. Lovely big living room, with patio doors that lead out to a spacious veranda, offering panoramic views. This, and the equipped kitchen, are for communal use of guests. This lovely and secluded accommodation can be booked as a whole house, or as individual rooms.

Absolutely loved this place and the owners were always helpful with tips on what to do in the area. They live in upstairs of the property so available if you need to ask for anything. It is spacious for a group of 8 adults. The kitchen was equipped with necessary items to cook your meals. It is quite isolated so plenty of privacy with some amazing views. It’s 30 mins to Broadford from this property. I would have stayed for longer at this place and explored Skye. I’ll know for next time.

Comfortable, private and warm with a cozy bed. The wood burning stove is a plus. We only stayed one night while passing through and had a nice stay. The hosts are very friendly, gave us information on the area and left us with fruit, bread, coffee etc. There is parking onsite and the wifi was good. Thank you!!
