Great villa in a lovely quiet location. The villa was perfect and had all that we needed for a very comfortable stay. Yvonne was so helpful when we needed. Help with using the air-con. The hosts made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be booking again.

Stayed for a month at the end of their winter. Much warmer than at home although Cyprus houses aren't very well insulated so need quite a bit of heating in the evenings. Well equipped with good UK TV service and loads of DVDs for entertainment. Only a 15 minute walk to the harbour for exercise and refreshment yet nice and quiet away from the noisy bars etc. Recommended.

Just returned from the villa after a 2 week stay Had a lovely time relaxing and chilling out We had a minor problem with the electrics which was rectified after contacting Steve all in all nice villa which was ideal for us Sun on the patio and pool area all day and also a nice shaded area for when it gets to much

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this villa. Basically everything we'd been advised was correct and informative. Only marked down slightly on the location as it was quite a distance from the main attractions and we chose to walk. Ordinarily not a problem but the heat was blistering so took it's toll. Very quiet during our stay which was nice. Couple of handy little shops 5 mins walk away which was also good. Informative folder for using the appliances etc and tips for eating out and places to visit. Excellent communications from Jill from start to finish. We really liked the Pambis bar/restaurant which was 10 mins walk from the villa and paid a few visits there. Eating out was good too. The places we visited didn't have proper air con and had fans which provided some relief from the heat. We couldn't believe the huge portion sizes for main meals wherever you eat. All in all a very nice, quiet relaxing holiday in a great villa which has everything you need. Ceiling fans in all rooms and air con in the main living room area and both bedrooms which was really needed on several occasions. Would recommend a visit so check it out.

We had a fab stay at this villa, it is a well stocked and comfortable villa. We had a mishap with the safe in the wardrobe, it lost all power and we could'nt get it open but it was sorted out within hours. There was a light in the pool which had been pulled off the side of the pool wall by previous occupants which we reported immediately, its a shame people don't take care of a property when they rent it. The property was a bit further out than we thought it would be and we spent almost 200 euros on taxis in and out of the town, taxis were 8 euros each way which mounts up over a week when also including 2 euro tip each way on top, so take this into consideration when planning your shopping trips and nights out into town I suppose it is walking distance if you like to walk but will take a good 25/30mins. The villa itself is ideal for 2 couples and was immaculately clean everywhere. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Paphos, if we ever go back here we would definitely rebook this villa....but take more cash for taxi allowances!
