This property was ideal for reaching the KVR. Our hosts were very helpful. Beautiful location and lovely to be able to sit out and enjoy the sun.
Just a couple of gripes. No water except in the bathroom so had to leave dirty dishes to be washed up after we left. It also did say ‘continental breakfast but the option didn’t live up to our idea of a continental breakfast

Krista warmly greeted us upon arrival and provided a beautiful basement suite for our enjoyment with a fantastic yard to take advantage of as well. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to any needs we had. She provided an iron and ironing board upon request and even offered to take our pictures before the wedding. I highly recommend you staying at her property!

Lovely place to stay, was near a race start/finish so was perfect location for us. Responsive, friendly host (they also do wine tours if that's your thing). Comfortable, clean, gorgeous location.

Pictures don’t do it justice, the space was much larger than expected and extremely homely and comfortable. The garden surrounding the home is beautiful and the hiking trails nearby are amazing. The hot tub was great. The host was very pleasant and considerate. I highly recommend booking a wine tour with them also!

The place was very spacious, clean, comfortable and perfect for our group. Our hosts were great with their communication and helpfulness. There are lots of trails around the property and it is close to Myra Canyon. Would love to go back.

Was super easy to find and close to many things you would need! Communication was super easy with the hosts and we had no issues at all. Definitely recommend their wine tours - was phenomenal!

The property was quite nice and remote. It was also close to my favourite distillery - Wise Acres! However, we were extremely disappointed that there was no kitchen - not even a sink. Only a tiny kitchenette with dishes. For the price we paid, I would have expected a full kitchen. Also, it is almost a fully in-ground suite so is quite dark, but does have lots of lighting. The smell of marijuana floating in at times was also note pleasant. We will look for another spot next year.

The property was amazing. Just out of town and a perfect get away! The space was well appointed with everything we would need, and you could not ask for better hosts. The wine tour and service was exceptional and made our weekend the perfect getaway! Thank you for everything. We will be back!

Amazing place!
Such a spacious suite in a gorgeous location! The beds, sofas and chairs were super comfy—and there was a basket of extras throws to snuggle up with in the evening in front of the fire and HUGE TV. We loved playing pool by the cute bistro table (what an awesome idea for a lighting fixture!). Krista provided much useful information about the area and answered all questions that came up quickly; she even reminded us that she could wash our dishes during the stay as there isn't a sink in the kitchen. I'd love to stay there again!

Spacious accommodation in a beautiful neighbourhood
This was a very comfortable place to make as our home base while we explored the Okanagan area. Walking trails are accessible right outside of the driveway. We especially enjoyed getting to meet the day old chicks the owners received during our stay.

We had a great stay at this property after our kettle valley bike trip.
The host was super helpful with lots of suggestions for food and activities. We had a nice walk on the trails that were just across the street. It was very quiet and peacuful and a great place to relax. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Little getaway
This was a lovely big two bedroom. Home away from home on the outskirts of Kelowna., a close drive to downtown and the Vineyards. We didn’t expect the apartment to be so big. It worked well for our group off4 as we had a pool table to amuse us and a hot tub outside. The host was sweet, provided everything we needed, and gave us useful recommendations Fort places to visit and eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, although it was a little too short to see all the things our host recommended. Another visit is a must.

Should have stayed Longer
We enjoyed our stay here, stayed for 3 nights and skiied for 2 days. So we didn't really have a chance to enjoy the area and neighborhood, since it was dark when we returned from the hill. More than enough room, super clean, lots of extras, delicious fresh baked muffins too! Would like to come back sometime in the summer to enjoy Myra Park. The drive to the ski hill was long, since the property is a little out of the way, but that is part of the charm in a way, lovely area.

Welcoming and spacious
We loved this family’s lower suite! It was the perfect fit for us with our planned activities of biking and wine tasting in the Kelowna area. Krista is a very warm and welcoming host and gave us llots of good information and tips about the area. We also had plenty of privacy and could easily come and go as needed. Extra bonuses for us were the spacious and clean suite, hot tub and pool table. Krista went above and beyond and gave us a ride to the KVR trail head with our bikes, and left us a complimentary bottle of wine! Thanks for the lovely experience!

Our family of four spent this past week at Krista's home. The suite was very spacious and we appreciated the access to the fitness equipment, the hot tub and the pool table. Krista's home is well located for guests who wish to enjoy Myra Park's biking and hiking trails. Krista was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us wonderful recommendations regarding the local wineries. We would definitely stay here again.

They are amazing hosts anything we needed they had available the hot tub was amazing and we even had a fire it was so peaceful location was perfect 15 mins outside of downtown Kelowna beds Has tons of pillows witch I loved we also played badminton in the rain it was so much fun we would definitely come back we didn't do any hiking but it was very close if you wanted to

Birthday getaway
4 of us had an amazing time. Checked out the distillery for free drinks, the honey wine tasting was good. Enjoyed the hot tub with the duck. We named him Bob and Howard lol. The house was super spacious, nice big tv, bathroom was big enough for us ladies to do our hair/makeup. Rooms were nicely separated from one another. The free wine Krista left for us, was sooo yummy and I’m not a wine drinker. I loved how the house was far from town, so quiet and secluded. Will definitely stay there again.

A nature getaway in a beautiful, lake and mountains country.
What a week to remember. It’s always tough to find the perfect way to celebrate a momentous occasion, but after spending it here on such a beautiful property surrounded by nature, animals, and endless activities in reach, we certainly were not left disappointed. Welcomed with incredible hospitality, nights around the fire and in the hot tub, we certainly would recommend and can’t wait to return for future getaways.

Quiet location, providing everything needed for some R&R
Great space, with wonderful amenities. The accommodation is clean, provides ample space, plenty comfort in the sitting area, and the pool tables is a cherry on top. A fire as the sun goes down, followed by a hot-tub under the stars - perfection. Krista was wonderfully helpful when needed, but otherwise left us to our own. Highly recommended.

Christmas at Myra Adventure Home
I booked this VRBO over the Christmas holidays for my daughter, her husband and their three teenagers from the U.K. We have limited space and as we had other family staying, I thought this
arrangement would work. Although the VRBO doesn't have a stove or sink, the rest of the facilities were excellent and Krista made sure that the family was well provided for. The arrangement worked out exceptionally well as most of the time they were with us or out enjoying the winter activities. One evening, we all sat around outside at the firepit where there was an endless supply of logs, stories and laughter in the snow...wonderful! The home is spacious, warm, and very comfortable and Krista was a great Hostess!

Comfortable, quiet and spacious.
Ideal for someone wanting to explore the surrounding hillsides and wineries. Not ideal, if in-town activities are your main focus, as it's about 15-20 minutes from downtown.

Great little hide away
Awesome relaxing place if you are wanting to get away from the noise of the city but still be close enough to do what you want around kelowna. Krysta was amazing and will definitely be talking to her when we come back. Thanks again

Great location for reasonable price, and very welcoming host!
This place was perfect for us because it was so close to Myra canyon. We were able to wash up immediately after 4 hours of biking then enjoy our dine out at a nearby winery.
Great amenities(we couldn't take advantage of them all!). Krista was a very welcoming host and it's a bonus some simple breakfast were prepared for us.
Two rooms were far away from each other in case your friends snore haha :)
