It was super easy to access the apartment. The key codes and directions made things very easy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in at Pietrapiana while in Florence! Self Check-in was very convenient, the host communicated well ahead with us prior to our arrivals, also assisted us with airport transfer arrangements and ensured that we enjoyed ourselves throughout our stay! The apartment was spacious, extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean! Kitchenette was very well equipped and very well-appointed. Beds, duvet sets and pillows were very comfortable and freshly cleaned. Top Location, everything was easily reachable within a stone-throw away (Duomo within less than 10 mins walk). Windows insulation were very good, we did not experience any noise disturbances from outside. Heating also very well too! Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Catarina and Pietrapiana again for making our time Florence an absolutely wonderful one!

A larger couch/sofa in the living-room would be nice :)

Where to even begin! The location is really good, situated close to all the sights and not too far from the train station either. Plenty of great food options nearby too. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay.

A very nicely renovated and clean property in a very good locality not too far from all the landmarks of Florence.

We had a room for 2 persons, no kitchen. Expert, tasteful renovation, spotlessly clean, great bedding, shower and room spacious by European standards. Courtyard view was quiet and pretty. Perfect location thanks in part to large Conad, traditional market, drug store, up-and-coming restaurants,and bus to station.

I would have given the stay a full ten except for my frustration in dealing with a separate third-party checkin app. There is no face-to-face checkin. The hot water maker was appreciated but there was no coffee, not even instant. The shower has yellowing near the floor seams. Incidentally, would recommend against rooms on the street, at least on weekends, due to boisterous pedestrians at midnight.

the toilette needs more water, the lighting is inefficient, there needs to be a counter or shelf for ladies toiletries lower. or a place for ladies cosmetics in bathroom… the sofa is horrible to watch tv. the stairs to loft need a railing, the noise anything makes on floor is very loud, I hit my head very hard on the beam across the bed in loft! just logistically the bed above is not very good. maybe for kids… not too private for families… best for singles or couples. i would put more trash cans besides the kitchen one. … more toilettries i think it is important to have host actually meet the people in person!

There was a dirty dish cloth on offer to wipe down benches ! there was nothing else to wipe the benches down . the kitchen sink water pressure was very slow .. made cleaning tricky . these are little things.. the apartment was lovely !
