The view - we wanted to sit and just look at the lake all day. The house is well maintained, very beautiful and the lovely owners could not do enough to ensure we were well looked after. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a lovely 5 day break.

My friends and I loved this house. The huge bay windows with views of the lake and mountains were a great thing to wake up to. We made great use of the wraparound porch and the big yard. The propane fire pit, regular fire pit and grill all added to the experience (and ping pong table was a nice touch!). The rooms were all very nice and the house was in great shape. Convenient boat access as well through John's rental company. Definitely recommend staying here!

This is a absolutely perfect place for us. My family and I stayed a few days after Labor Day on the way to a family function in Albany area. The house has been renovated with the pleasing mix of old world charm with modern updates. The staff at the marina are very welcoming and the location is great. We will repeat. We had an amazing week here. The property was gorgeous and clean. We got great information from the owners on where to eat and things to do. They even helped find us a babysitter so we could have an adult evening out. We rented a boat from the dock to enjoy our days on the lake. The house right on the dock allowed us to make quick stops at the house and go back to the boat.

This is the 2nd time staying here and this time we booked it for 2 weeks!!!! Beautiful, well kept up home with the greatest view. Right next to a marina which gave some very fun “people watching” experiences as well. Central to the Lake George Village and Bolton Landing and a quick hop onto I 87. The place is run by great people and I strongly recommend. Bob

There was plenty of room for everyone and they even supplied a crib and a high chair! The dining room was perfect for big family meals. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to cook. The living room has really comfortable furniture. The beds are also soo comfortable. The decor of the house is absolutely beautiful. The huge wrap around porch has corn hole, ping pong, a propane fire pit, a gas grill and tons of great seating. The marina next door is so convenient. We had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners. The location is perfect! Kind of half way between the village and Bolton Landing. We highly recommend this house.

I spent most of our stay just sipping coffee and enjoying the view. The house was appointed with very comfortable beds and furnishings. The hospitality (towels, soaps, a gift basket, Keurig machine) was equivalent to any premium hotel. There was a smart TV in the spacious, open living room which was perfect for family movie night. A fire pit (complete with lighter and fire starters- thank you!) made for a wonderful evening of roasting marshmallows. The location- 100 feet from the dock and boat rental facilities- was ideal. There was a minor maintenance problem that was fixed cheerfully in minutes. Can't say enough positive things about this house. This was our first time to Lake George and we will definitely come back. When we do, this will be the first house we look for. We have stayed in several rental locations and our entire family agreed that this was one of the nicest that we have experienced. Thank you !

Thank you Jon and Susan for sharing your beautiful home with us. You were extremely accommodating from the moment we arrived, and so enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle board everyday. We had a fantastic stay on this beautiful Lake George property. It is part of the Marina which worked perfectly for us as we rented a boat for the week and could keep it in the back of the house. The porch in the back is wonderful and overlooks the lake. The owner was helpful and accomodating. We look forward to returning.

The entire Brodie family (owner's of the property) were extremely professional, courteous and attentive. The house is completely renovated, immaculate, convenient and charming. Is right on the Lake and has breathtaking Lake views. Being next to the boat rental is a huge advantage as well, as you can walk out of your back door and into your boat You will definitely be back and already have plans of making this a yearly trip! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!!

The property is beautiful. Right on the lake, impeccable condition, boat access for rental in any direction. Huge yard for games as we had drinks and corn hole then a swim in the lake. Fire pit for s'mores and night cap. Very quiet and we all slept great. We shall be back!

The pictures posted don’t even capture the beauty of the house and the property . My family ( there were 8 adults and 2 small children) had an abundance of space and everything we needed was right at our fingertips... including a high chair and a portable crib. The house was immaculately clean and Christina added wonderful touches , like chocolates on our beds, a welcome basket, and a personalized note. She was readily available to answer all questions. We hope to stay at Brodie’s Lakeside again in the near future. Thanks Christina for an amazing, memory- filled weekend!

Such a lovely home and a perfect choice for a wonderful girl’s weekend! From the beginning of this process to the end, Christina was available for any questions and such a gracious host. This home was immaculate and so welcoming. The kitchen and dining room were fantastic to work within and enjoy wonderful meals. The living room and porch so cozy! We did enjoy the fire pit one evening for several hours until the rain shooed us inside. Bedrooms are lovely and so comfortable. Baths excellent. We took a boat ride and were able to see this from the water! We all would highly recommend this lovely home. Already trying to figure out how to get back together soon and come back here! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful spot.

This property is beautiful! Even though the house is centrally located between Lake George and Bolton Landing with tons to do, no one wanted to leave the porch! Morning coffee watching the water and nighttime s'mores watching the stars...it was a beautiful weekend. Christina was a great host, she was quick to respond to any questions and left many thoughtful touches around the home that made our trip feel special.
