The property is immaculate and updated, exactly as advertised. The owner, Peter, is very responsive and wants to ensure you enjoy the stay. The cabin has everything that you need, and was well thought out. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the awesome porch rockers while enjoying a beverage and the peaceful surroundings. The bathrooms and showers were great. We were concerned initially about location, but that was not and issue at all. Close to restaurants, downtown, Biltmore and more. We hope to be back to try one of the other properties!

What an amazing experience we had at Mountain Laurel cabin. The host was so helpful, even provided a personalized, onsite welcome! The cabin is exquisite, close enough to nearby shopping but far enough from crowds and city noise. We look forward to many more trips to this fantastic getaway location!

wonderful cabin ! lots of room . beautiful inside and out . deck view is to die for . top notch furnishings and very well equipped. on a private road which makes it extra quiet . communication with Peter and Shane was very good . bring your bathing suits for the hot tub on thr deck ! loved our stay !

Our cabin was situated in a beautiful setting of trees, pond and stream. From our large deck we saw wild turkeys! The hot tub was the perfect temperature and very clean, as was our cabin. Pete and Shane were great hosts, making sure we were comfortable. The cabin was outfitted with everything one could need. Adjustable beds were a great surprise! Pete was so helpful in promptly returning items that we left behind. All in all, a wonderful property!

The attention to detail is amazing. This family has literally thought of everything to ensure an stress-free, relaxing stay for their guests.
The cabin was also spotless. Very clean.
Of all the cabins to choose from, this was an amazing find, and we plan to book this cabin again during our future Asheville visits.
In terms of location, it’s the best. You are minutes away from a Publix and some great food options. Also, it’s less than 20 minutes away from all the major breweries, Asheville attractions, and Downtown.

Friendly host. Easy booking and excellent communication prior to the stay. We had to make a last minute change and it was no hassle. The cabin was super clean. We enjoyed just being together in the living room and making breakfast in the morning in the cabin. We loved the place and few of our friends already asked us about the place after seeing our cabin photos. Thank you!!

Amazing location. Amazing cabin. Amazing amenities. Amazing places to eat. Planning to bring the whole family back next year for Christmas. Can’t wait to see the snow on the trees. Amazing property. Amazing owners who left small touches for us including snacks and a welcome note. Amazing hot tub. I just can’t say enough about this experience. We also hit Dollywood on the way back to Indy and it was decorated for Christmas. Love love loved everything about this trip.

This was a couples trip to Asheville. That was a hiking trip as well as a visit to the Biltmore. Home was in a fantastic location just 15 minutes from the Biltmore and downtown. Got to experience everything we wanted to and then relaxing at the cabin. Have this property saved as one of our favorites, and will definitely be back. Owners were amazing. Responded quickly to any messages and stopped by at check-in to give us a tour and rundown of the place.

My husband and I stayed at the Mountain Laurel Cabin. Everything was just as shown in the online pictures. Pete, our host, promptly greeted us and showed us how everything worked in the cabin. He was so friendly and accommodating. The house was immaculate and spacious and nestled in a beautiful, wooded setting. The beds were amazingly comfortable and you had everything for cooking, etc. He even had a manual there which you could refer to for everything you needed to know about the house to the best restaurants in the area. If we ever go back to Asheville, we will definitely stay here again.

Our Family had a terrific stay here. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your wonderful property. The location was perfect for us. It is just a short drive to the nearest grocery stores, close to downtown Asheville, airport, mountains and all the nearby attractions. The house is situated in the hills where it is very quiet and peaceful. The house was just right for the 4 of us. It is very spacious, clean and well furnished with all the amenities you need. The owner Pete was easy to communicate with and has done a fabulous job with the property. I was an excellent place to came back to after long hours of being tourists. The large deck, grill and hot tub were truly relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this home!

We came to Asheville for a family vacation, our first time to the area. The cabin is new and cozy, absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the Mountain Laurel cabin, and found it to be immaculately clean and well stocked. The host has thought of everything and is on site if any issues arise.
We stayed with our children, (11, 9, 6) and they loved hiking on the property to the overlook of the mountains, great experience! The binder provided in the cabin with lots of restaurant recommendations was excellent and we tried many during our stay!
We spent our time in Asheville at the Pisgua and DuPont Forests which was about a 40min drive from the property but well worth it! The Mountain View’s and playing in the waterfalls were a great way to spend our vacation!!

Face to face and thorough check in on house systems. Very appreciated. Everything worked as advertised. EXTRA toilet paper and paper towels! No panicked runs to the store. Not sure on the age of the cabin but it appeared and smelled brand new.

We are VRBO owners so we look at things a bit differently. The home was spotless. There are plently of utensils, pots, pans, trays, etc to cook your heart iut if you like. The space os well thought out. The grounds are spacious and beautifully landscaped. It is closely located to attractions. We had a wonderful time. This place would be ideal if you just wanted a country mountain stay too. It checks all the boxes. Thank you Pete!

This is the best VRBO experience we’ve had. Clean, well-equipped, excellently furnished modern cabin. We all enjoyed the hot tub and peaceful surroundings. Excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, and trails. The nearby trail was a difficult but worthy excursion to capture a beautiful view and sunsets. Staff (Shane and Pete) made sure our stay was perfect. And it was… perfect!

Everything we could have asked for was already there! This is the first time we have ever had a king (or any size) adjustable bed!! Perfect for anyone who cannot sleep flat. Very well kept, clean, well supplied cabin. Close to The Biltmore mansion and hiking trails. Both Pete and Shane are very responsive to any question or need. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four fell in love with this property and area. The property is easily accessible, super easy to find upon arrival, without having to drive through crazy mountain roads to get there. The location of the house is central to so many different outings. It's within an hour drive of so many different hikes. We cut a lot of our outings short because hanging out on the porch was so relaxing and the perfect setting for our kids to play. The weather in March was absolutely beautiful. We were really, really happy we stumbled upon this property.

We enjoyed our stay. Great property, very clean and had all amenities needed. Still close proximity to downtown Asheville (just a quick little drive) and close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Pete and Shane were very responsive and great in sharing information about the property and the surrounding area.

We stayed here for our winter vacation and loved it! The cabin was decorated for Christmas, which made it extra special for our kids. We've tried a couple of vrbo's in the past, but this one was definitely the cleanest! They had everything we needed and were very kind and accommodating. We will be coming back!

Amazing property, very convenient, very beautiful stay in early November. A few wild turkeys walked through several times, which was cool to see. Place was beautiful, absolutely no complaints or thoughts on how to improve it! Hopefully we'll have the chance to come back in the future. We were a family of four exploring the area and would highly recommend for anyone in a similar situation!

The cabin was the perfect little getaway spot for a girls trip celebrating my mothers 70th birthday. We were in the perfect location for everything ( hiking looking glass point and a day at the Biltmore). Pete and Shane were extremely accommodating. Everything in the cabin was as it said it was in the description. They even had all the little things you forget about when using Vrbo ( i.e. coffee pods of Keurig - dishwashing soap, laundry detergent ) We would definitely stay again. We used the hot tub everynight even when it was in the 40's! Thanks again!
