The swimming pool and air conditioning were great. Nice wooden floor. Not far from the lake and quite place.

First of all you get a set of 10 keys without any instructions which key is for which door and some locks are not working well! Very poorly equipped apartment: no dishwasher (although the pictures on on Booking showed 2 dishwashers!) the TV in the living room didn’t work, there were no instructions and the tiny TV in the bedroom had only a couple of italian channels). Wifi didn’t always work. When it rained the terrasse got flooded and could not be used for 2 days! The kitchen facilities are ridiculous: no lid for the pans, no vegetable peeler, no cutting knife, a decent cutting board or bred basket. Horrible smell from the garbage bin area. The description said it had a grill / BBQ but there was none. 4 beds and only one bedside table lamp! Mattresses in kids bedroom uncomfortable and vey heavy. Mattress cover sheet had no elastic bands; very difficult to make your bed. Not enough coat hangers. Wooden Clothes stand parents bedroom broken. Light on top of mirror in bathroom more like a night light than what it should be. Door to bathroom jammed and handle loose. Ventilation in bathroom is very loud. Terrace dirty and ventilation grill damaged. Cloth drying rack half broken and dirty. Garage door in poor state and garage very narrow. Screws on sun-beds were loose. Overall place dirty with spider webs and dust.

The property was in a good spot close to a great beach

The property was dirty on arrival. The air conditioner leeks water from condensation and hence there is an extremely strong smell of mould. Bedding was horrible and our bed was broken so my husband had to sleep on a tiny couch. The property managers offered us an insulting amount for a refund, not even 1 nights stay and just didn’t care that we had such a terrible experience after paying significant money to stay there. I would not recommend this property to stay at. The management of this property and the state of it is definitely not worth the money.

Entering the facility was very difficult due to unclear instructions. Looks like the one who prepared it has never seen the place... I got approximately 10 keys, I have no idea where to use each one, I used only 2 - from the apartment and from the garage gate. If the facility doesn't provide instructions for the keys why to provide all these keys? Apartment was in excellent location. Quiet but still very near to main needs. Beach 5 minutes. Excellent supermarket 10 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants etc. within 15 minutes walk, Apartment was very well fitted out and we loved the extra touches such as providing soaps, shampoos, a range of coffees etc. that were all there when we arrived.

Pillows on all beds were very flimsy. It looks like they had been washed at some point and the padding had all shrunk as a result. We queried and the response we received was that these were part of the standard equipment set defined by the owner. Since the rest of the apartment was so well fitted out this seemed very odd. Also, the directions to find the apartment entry and keys were difficult. They are based on google maps and images but the reality is that there are few clear landmarks and trying to relate what you see on the directions to your surroundings is difficult.

The apartment is listed as Sirmione but it is actually 15min drive from the (very busy) historical city. We found the pool water to be contain a lot of chorline. There was only 2 sunbeds available per apartment and no shade/umbrellas at the pool

Nice quiet place

Hard to find garage slot, identifying numbers on the slots are tiny - mission manageable, but keep in mind. Pictures do not 100% reflect the property itself, though the apartment is very nice,especially the balcony. Problems we faced: VERY dusty underneath furniture, broken coffee machine, block in shower drain, no glasses. We addressed the issues. Glasses and coffee machine were delivered next day (for that we were very grateful). Check out sharp 10 AM. At 10:02 cleaners were nocking at the door. Overall impression: I would not go again myself again, but at all do not regret the holiday we had.
