My family and I had a great stay. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. It’s about 10-15 minute drive to Gatlinburg or the National Park. My husband and I loved the hot tub; our kids loved the pool. I would highly recommend this place!

This stay was perfect - location was great - about 20 min outside of Gatlinburg. My kids loved the pool table and hot tub. Just make sure you bring your own coffee and extra detergent.

The only suggestion I would have, is have a grill on property. Saw a few scattered throughout the property. Were they for all to use?

We had a great stay in the cabin the only drawback was saw what appears to be molding on the ceiling in the upstairs near the stairs and pool table area. I have photos if you would like to see them.

I enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, away from traffic and lots of ppl. But close to downtown. I will stay here again. Owners just need to invest in larger tv’s.

Cabin was exactly as listed. Very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals except we couldn't find hot pads. We did have some issues connecting to the wifi as there was different info posted in a couple different spots, but did eventually get the right one. We did send an email and didn't receive a response back. Which wasn't a big deal since we did get it handled. Location was very quiet and the hot tub was also nice. Would just suggest a step to get into the hot tub might be helpful;)

Dirty soured towels left downstairs bathroom closet. Back porch so dusty, dirty, spiderwebs couldn’t even use it. Downstairs vent return very dusty, could only imagine what filter looked like. The utensils drawer in kitchen dirty, Red gloves mit very nasty, put it in laundry room to be washed,Need better cleaning service,

We enjoyed the quiet. We came in from the city where its always loud and busy. It felt amazing to slow down and enjoy the peace and quiet that white oak lodge and resort offered. We loved that traffic around the cabin was minimal and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. If we ever vacation in or near Gatlinburg again White oak lodge and resort will be our goto

The only complaint I have is the disposal of the trash. The binder that is on the table in the living room said to put the trash in the 3 blue dumpsters located around cabin 229 or behind the condos around unit 11. Neither place had dumpsters. We finally asked someone and it is the neon dumpsters off to the left when you first come into the complex. Your info needs updated. Also it would have been nice to have a dust pan to go along with the broom.

I enjoyed this property. It was a quiet atmosphere. Easy to find and just outside the hustle of the city. It was a perfect place for a quiet getaway for a week. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful, only bad they I have to say is if could use more cooking pots and pans. Everything was as listing said.😀😀😀

I have no complaints;.we loved the place and had a wonderful time. But I do have a few suggestions. You need to supply some type of scrubbing sponge for scrubbing pots and pans. And one pack of laundry detergent is not enough (glad I brought my own.) There were plenty of toiletries, but we could have used more toilet paper and a higher quality paper towel would have been nice. And how about an inexpensive stick vacuum? I finally located the broom hidden away beside the washer/dryer, but that doesn't do much for the rug under the dining table. And a reminder not to leave sweet snacks out on the counter would have kept us from losing an entire package of cinnamon rolls to the ants. We did have a great time!

Fantastic location. Beautiful cabin. Everything worked. Only minor issue was that some dishes in the cabinets were dirty - not something to deter me from a return visit.

I want to start this post with an apology to my host during the check in process. That was totally my fault. The cabin was gorgeous, very clean, very beautiful inside and out. I loved the kitchen, the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Every need we had was met. I would highly recommend staying at this cabin. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summer vacation
We booked this cabin for our family vacation. A short drive outside Gatlinburg. Perfect location. My kids are 6,4,and 2 and absolutely loved the pool and hot tub in our cabin. The cabin was clean and very spacious. We had plenty of room for our family of five. Would definitely book again!
