Amazing little cabin that was a cozy get away but close enough to all the attractions! My kids LOVED watching all the farm animals! We will be back!

We stayed in cabin 3. Loved the stay and enjoyed a morning cup of coffee watching the sun come up and goats playing in a nearby field. Very quiet refreshing place to stay. I would recommend a visit to Pleasant Valley Farms and Cabins.

Beautiful Home Base
Absolutely loved our stay here & would return in a heartbeat. Just a few miles outside of Custer with easy access to all the major tourist destinations. So peaceful! Loved being surrounded by the beauty of the Black Hills. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Farm tour was one of the highlights for my children.

Beautiful cottage in a very convenient location
The home is located in a prime location of you are looking for peace and quiet after a long day exploring/hiking. It is close enough to town/restaurants (less than 10 minute drive), but secluded in that you have a sense of privacy. We loved sitting on the porch and reading at night. The space is very nicely decorated and arranged. It could easily sleep 4 without any need to pull out couches or use the trundle bed that was provided. The eating area is perfect for a family of 4. If we ever make it back to Custer, we will surely stay here again. We have raved about the property to family and friends and through social media.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was perfect for our family of four! We loved the fire pit area and cornhole area! It was convenient to all we planned to do in the area! I highly recommend this cabin!

The cabin was charming and clean. Great "farmhouse" furnishings. No closets or drawers but that worked out. During our stay, the water pressure was very weak in the shower. We were told that it couldn't be fixed until the following week. Susan was very helpful and responded right away

We loved this adorable cabin and all the decor. It was peaceful and quiet with the sounds of the animals that live on the property. The host was very hospitable and responsive. We could have stayed here for a month.

Relaxed, quiet home base
Cabin was close but not too close to Custer and served as good location to visit all the attractions-Custer state park, Mt Rushmore, devil’s tower and the badlands. Even had surprise hot air balloon visits some mornings. The cabin is clean and Susan attended quickly to any questions we had. You will enjoy staying here!

Amazing stay at Pleasant Valley Farm. Most beautiful cabin ever. Straight out of Fixer Upper. We didn't want to leave!! Can't wait to come back.

The most pleasant valley
I cannot rave enough about our stay at pleasant valley farm & cabins. We loved watching the animals, taking the farm tour, having bonfires at night, and drinking coffee on the front porch. It was a nice relaxing way to end each day of activities. We will be back again!

Great Custer cabin
We loved the fact that we were right outside the state park and Black Hills. The cabin was in pristine condition, clean and well-appointed. The goats, chickens and cat provided great entertainment for the kids. Beautiful valley view from the porch. The owners were very responsive and provided a fun tour of the farm. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Truly Pleasant!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Pleasant Valley Farm cabin. The cabin had everything we needed, was close to attractions, but also provided relaxing and beautiful seclusion when we wanted that. We found the deck and the views to be our favorite! The hosts are fabulous!

Relaxing!!!!
This cabin was one of the highlights of our trip! We all felt so relaxed just being there! It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the goats. Our cabin was spotless upon arrival and the owners were wonderful to work with! We hated to leave!

Fun weekend
We had such a wonderful weekend at the cabin. One of the highlights for our 3 and 5 yo boys was the farm tour and chores. The boys loved it! The cabin was perfect, so cute!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect- close enough to town and all the sights but far enough to get away from it all.
Lynne, Susan and Tom were wonderful and made the farm life experience so real for our boys. The fresh eggs made our morning and the accommodations were just perfect!

Lovely and inviting!
We loved our stay at Pleasant Valley Farms!! It was exactly as pictured with a few extra surprises to make our stay more enjoyable! It was peaceful and quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable! Communication was top notch! Clayton and his team took great care of us!!

Wonderful Farm Getaway!
We stayed in cabin #3 September 13-15, 2019 and were very satisfied! The farm owners communicated wonderfully and took us on a farm tour which our 1.5 year old son loved! Batman the llama was our favorite animal while our son preferred the chickens and dogs. The property was cute, clean and just as listed. We enjoyed the breakfast supplied in the cabin as well as camp fires each night. The property was peaceful and a nice break from the normal hustle and bustle. We were very happy with our stay and with the communication from the owners upon booking to leaving. We will plan another trip in the future!

Great place to call home while on vacation! The cabin was perfect with an amazing view! Tom and Susan are the nicest people and we loved they let us tour the farm and play with the goats. Lindsey is the perfect host!! We will definitely go back to Custer JUST to stay on the farm.

Best part of our trip!
Our family of five LOVED our stay at Pleasant Valley Farms! It's quietly tucked away in the scenic Black Hills, but is yet so close to all the major sights in the area. So many fun memories were made here. The cabin was beautiful and well-equipped. We truly enjoyed the farm tour and helping with the chores. Of all the things we saw and did on our week long road trip, our kids would say this was the absolute best part.
