The property was great In Custer and was close to all the National Parks. The guy at the front desk was very personable and made check in very easy. The beds were comfortable.
The property is dated and felt old. It didn’t look like there has been much updates. The bathroom off the lobby was very dirty when we went to use it.

Location was close to main sightseeing attractions
Such a tired facility! Don’t think it’s been tmrenovated in many years. Just brown and depressing. Bed was lumpy; air/fan was very old and worn. Icky breakfast- no oatmeal except sugary instant stuff . Grit was shriveled and old.

The carpets in the hallways and rooms are in terrible need of a professional cleaning.

Kedesha at the front desk was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Great pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Beds were super comfy. Fairly close proximity to all activities. Staff was super helpful especially when my youngest got really sick. Would recommend this property to anyone.

When we got there they were closed for the season we were never informed but we were able to stay next door at the holiday express

Super comfy rooms with awesome beds and pillows. Great facilities, very clean, wonderful staff, fresh baked cookies on check-in, good breakfast- which has been rare in all the hotels I have stayed in lately. 20 mins to Sylvan Lake. Definitely recommend for the area!
