Free parking, great location if you rent a car and do your travel planes. Clean, great kitchen, quiet zone. Very good overall.

We were on the ground floor with a large patio window leading to a front yard. A guest continually parked their car on the front yard destroying our privacy. There was ample parking on the street for this guest to park.
Owner, please block parking access to this space so as to increase privacy for unit 101.

The location was great for anyone with a car. 10 min drive/40 min walk to 3 swimming pools and there are plenty of amenities nearby, including a bakery. If you want to do day trips out of the city, it’s east to get onto a main road. The view from the living room was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cutlery. It was always a good temperature in the house.
The kitchen is slightly small. The balcony is through a bedroom. The bins were full.

The location is excellent. Not far from Reykjavic. We had a car, it was easy to find and parking was not a problem. The space is exactly what it looks like in the listing. Saw the aurora borealis while in the apartment! The area is quiet. Owners are responsive if there are concerns. Easy check in and out.
Needed some minor maintenance, this was taken cared of during our stay. Shower drain was clogged, this got fixed right away.

I don’t have enough words to describe how beautiful this apartment is. With this accommodation we got exactly what we were looking for: Very luxurious, modern home with a stunning view near Reykyavik. We had a lot of space and it was very well equipped. Equipped with everything you might need for a week’s stay from the washing machine to the dishwasher, iron, etc. Very responsive and caring host!
I have been in many five stars hotels, but this penthouse apartment totally blew me away. Every next time here, this apartment will be our choice again! Highly recommendation!

Very modern apartment, contemporary deco with amaizing view on mountains. Big balcony . Comfortable beds , a lot of space for everyone. Come with all cleaning products, toiletry , towels and bedding. Feel very cosy and like home.
Tv doesn't have any channels so u need to login to YouTube, Netflix and etc. Doesn't bother us to much coz we wasn't watching anything but sometimes will be good to have some sound in a background.

The Apartment is huge and gorgeous with an amazing view. The self check-in/check-out process was simple and very convenient. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with modern facilities. We had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy our trip. We got clear instructions about everything and when we had any questions, Olafia was easy to reach and took the time to help us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Everything was perfect! The only thing I would mention just for information is that this apartment isn’t directly in the city center where most of the day trips and airport transfers from reykjavik have their pickup and drop-off points. You will have to take a taxi or bus. Bus stop number 17 Tunguvegur is right outside the door and two other bus stops are nearby (Gerdi/Songmyra downhill from the apartment and Bustadskirkja uphill from the apartment).

The apartment had everything we needed for our one week stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with the plates, bowls, pans, etc. we needed. The beds were comfortable enough and we had plenty of space to keep our belongings.
There is some road noise and some of the neighbors were quite loud one night (until 3:30 am), but that’s hard to blame the apartment other than location. We ran out of coffee filters 5 days in and there were no other filters in the apartment. We also bought sugar as the sugar was empty.

A very nice and cozy apartment with everything one needs. Very comfortable beds!
Good choice if you’re not going to spend much time in the city center — good main road connections.

Perfect flat with washing machine, an amazing kitchen well equipped, and Netflix in a very large T.V. Beautiful apartment and vert light-filled. Perfect to get some rest and chill out after going around Iceland. Besides, the homeowner was very kind letting us leave our luggage there until we left the city 10/10
