We were very happy with the size of this property. Stayed for two nights with two teenagers and there was plenty of room. Nice location to Notre Dame stadium and walkable.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. It was clean, modern, spacious and well-appointed. You can’t get closer to Notre Dame. One note to prepare for, washcloths were not provided.

Visiting Notre Dame
Excellent property in a great location at the edge of ND's campus, allowing easy walks to the bookstore, the basilica and other buildings. Very quiet setting within a few minutes of grocery store and several restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great condo!
This condo was absolutely perfect for a trip to visit family. You are very close to the Notre Dame campus, and short travel to restaurants and mall. Located in a safe neighborhood. It was incredibly clean and I have never slept so well away from home. Will definitely try to rent again!

We visited ND and slept comfortably. TV and WiFi worked well. Very roomy. Very close to campus. House stocked with towels and linens. Kitchen not well stocked - very limited plates, bowls, etc...
Bathrooms are very dated and old, cracked tiles, mildew, dead bug in bathtub - and we checked in right after cleaners left, so they didn’t clean well. The rugs are stained very badly. These negatives make apartment feel dirty/run down. But it’s a great location and good size.

Everything was great except the property is getting a little dated and a tad tired. Otherwise A+

Great locaton but amenties lacking
The condo is great set up and location for 6 guests. Unfortunately, there was no soap or shampoo and only 2 towels. By the time we realized this, it was too late to fix as we were heading out to events. Disappointing, as I would not have thought to bring soap or shampoo or more towels to a condo advertised for 6 guests.
