Loved every minute of our holiday here.

We had a great stay at Casa Mariposa. The house was fantastic with all it’s facility’s, and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We were specially satisfied with the bedroom solution and the connecting bathrooms. The kitchen and barbecue made it easy to enjoy home cooking, and we used it a lot during our stay. The supermarket near by, within a 7 minute walk also has a great selection of groceries, fresh fish, meat and drinks. It is also quite cheap compared to Scandinavian prices. The beach is wonderful and clean, and a 5 minute walk from the house, some stairs down. Overall this is a very nice place which we enjoyed, and we would be happy to come back some other time.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, Modern house. The views of the sea are exceptional! The house has everything you could possibly need, the beds are very comfortable and lots of outside furniture. The host, neighbours and cleaner are very friendly and helpful. The terraces loose the sun late afternoon which was disappointing and a huge shame so make the most of the early daytime sunshine. We would highly recommend this property.

Prachtig huis, schoon en natuurlijk prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Alleen jammer met jonge kinderen is het beetje moeilijk om naar het strand te gaan en terug de heuvel op. Afstand van le vante strand beetje ver, maar auto was prima oplossing.

En lineas generales ha estado muy bien

Empiezo diciendo que hemos estado muy bien y nos hemos encontrado con lo que nos esperabamos. Ideal para familias o vacaciones tranquilas porque la zona mas concurrida y de marcha esta en la playa de Levante. Las habitaciones con banyo proporcionan la intimidad necesaria en el caso que vayan varias familias. Visto los comentarios de otros usuarios, las escaleras para ir y volver de la playa siguen ahi... pero no nos han parecido tan duras o limitantes. El proprietario siempre ha estado disponible para todas las dudas y problemas. El unico punto negativo que he puesto ha sido en la precision del anuncio. Reglas e instrucciones del propietario y las que vimos y aceptamos cuando reservamos en algunos puntos eran diferentes o poco claras. Hablando con el proprietario se solucionaron los malentendidos sin ningun problema, pero de ajustar. El unico consejo para mejorar seria un robot para limpiar el fondo de la piscina en la que se depositan sedimentos de arena y suciedad , y un poco mas de atencion a la limpieza en los sitios menos utilizados.

La casa esta muy bien, es amplia, tiene tres habitaciones dobles con baño en todas ellas, mas otro aseo fuera de las habitaciones. El salon-comedor es amplio y la cocina tiene de todo. La piscina es pequeña, pero suficiente para refrescarse y para niños pequeños ideal. Pero las fotos del anuncio están muy bien hechas, ya que parece un chalet independiente, y mas bien es un chalet adosado, ya que esta pegada a otras casas por los dos lados. Y aunque la casa es amplia viendo las fotos parece mas grande de lo que realmente es. Y la venden como casa de lujo, y no es para tanto, hay muchos muebles de IKEA, y cosas muy normalitas, mas bien es una casa adosada, arreglada con gusto. A la playa se puede ir andando, el problema es que hay que bajar unos 200 escalones, que para bajar bien, pero para subir son un poco molestos, aunque no es una gran inconveniente, hay que tenerlo en cuenta, sobre todo para alguien con movilidad reducida o niños muy pequeños. La zona donde esta la casa es muy tranquila, no hay problemas de ruidos, lo cual estando casi en primera linea en Benidorm, es algo muy positivo.

Muy bonito, bien ubicado, zona muy tranquila

L’emplacement de la maison est dans un quartier tranquille de Benidorm, calme et reposant. La plage est à 7 à 8 minutes à pied, après avoir descendu les 290 marches qui lui donnent un accès direct. Sur la plages, transats payants ou plage avec serviettes. Les voisins de la maison sont calmes, il n’y a pas de bruits dérangeants de rue. Il y a des places de stationnement devant la maison. La Maison : on y entre dans une cour comme sur les photos, nous avons regretté ces plantes en plastique alors que des végétaux en pot donneraient une convivialité et une intimité à cet espace fermé. L’espace bain apparaît beaucoup plus grand sur les photos, c’est notre vrai regret, il s’agit d’un tout petit bassin que nous n’avions pas utilisés. il faut absolument indiquer les dimensions du bassin sur la fiche et montrer des photos du bassin dans sa totalité. La maison: propreté irréprochable à l’entrée dans les lieux, les photos donnent une vue réaliste. Pour un lieu de vacance, l’équipement de la maison est parfait, il ne manque rien. La décoration est simple et fonctionnelle, Spacieuse et agréable à vivre. Toutefois, David parle d’une villa de luxe, je ne dirai pas cela c’est une belle villa confortable et bien aménagée, mais l’ensemble est IKEA et il n’y a rien de luxueux au sens de ce terme. La chambre parentale est d’une dimension acceptable , l’accès à la terrasse est un plus indéniable, de beaux transats en aluminium ou en bois s’imposeraient plutôt que les transats en plastique qui sont rapidement inconfortables. Les repas: pour profiter de la vue sur mer, qui est splendide, nous avons pris l’ensemble de nos repas la haut, seul inconvénient, la distance avec la cuisine, mais ce fut largement compensé par le plaisir de la vue. Le barbecue fonctionne réellement bien. Les salles de bains sont fonctionnelles et les douches de grandes dimensions. Peut être y ajouter un sèche cheveux! Les climatiseurs fonctionnent et ne sont pas très bruyants. David est un propriétaire attentif et réactif, il est soucieux du bien être de ses clients, nous avons échangés par mails. Je note la maison avec 4 étoiles, en fonction de nos exigences et de notre propre expérience de location de villas luxueuses, celle-ci est une belle maison de ville, mais pas une villa luxueuse à notre sens bien évidemment et sans que cela n’enlève rien à la qualité du lieu. This property was extensively remodelled a few years ago but is showing signs of usage, wear and tear. The beds are very comfortable however, the basement is not fit to be used as a bedroom. It has been subjected to long-term water damage, the walls have cracks/damp patches and there is an overpowering smell. The basement has a clever design feature in that it contains an apartment used by the owner who through an adjoining door can access the villa at any time. The Kitchen is compact however, the fridge freezer does not supply ice and water. We noticed wiring at the side of the fridge had been stripped back held together with black tape and some wall sockets in the living space were not working. Transport and shops are within walking distance. The view from the property is impressive. There is an overall lack of privacy, adjoining property's overlook the sitting/pool area and the road in front of the villa is used during the day by those visiting the beach. The boundary wall of the property is shoulder height so passers by view directly into the property. The plunge is just that measuring approximately 4 metres in length and 1 metre deep. There is no handrail for support on climbing up into the pool making the area precarious for small children or those with mobility problems. Netflix was unavailable but we were able to access amazon prime.

What a lovely place and in a great location. The only disappointment was the pool it looked much bigger in the photos and it was tiny. It was great having the full size snooker table as I learned how to play which we all enjoyed especially when riding out the storm which recently hit the coast. Excellent place to stay if you want to have a quite relaxing time but when you want a mad time it’s only a short taxi away or a 40 min walk into Benidorm central

We had a terrific time -very clean and the villa is recently renovated so it feels quite luxurious. The location on the hills above the beach means that you benefit from the breeze. However it is c 200 steps to the beach. My mother (aged 77) managed it every day but in the heat it was a little bit tough for her. The beach is gorgeous - sandy and very, very clean and there are lots of Spaniards, Dutch and Italian. It isn’t a very British resort which was great for us. Also note that there are lifeguards on the beach - I was very happy about that as I have kids and was delighted that they could go in the water without a panic. Mr Titmuss is a lovely host and we hope to be back soon.

We all had a fantastic holiday, great location with amazing views. Accessing and leaving the property were very smooth and during our stay there is plenty to do locally. Easy access to the beach and much to do if just chilling out at the house. Would love to return sometime...

The property was fantastic and the views too!! Very close to beach also the shops and restaurants where around the corner near to hotel Bali where there was taxi and a bus service. Casa Mariposa had two lovely terraces to enjoy the sun, 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Even a snooker room in basement, everything about it was great. Also there was another little beach about 10 mins walk away with a few shops and bars there.
