Sounders was a great travel option for us! It fit the budget, it was very clean, and very homey.

Location was okay and they have central air.
Lock on our door didn’t work, parking was listed as an amenity but there’s no parking (after speaking with customer service we were able to park at a ramp in the building, at $60/day), found broken glass on the carpet where our baby was crawling, WiFi didn’t work in the lounge where I was trying to work remotely, customer service was barely mediocre.

Excellent location, more space than a hotel, extremely comfortable. We had a heavy walker upstairs (who seemed to be moving around at all hours of day and night) - but apart from that, everything was perfect. Easy check-in.

The "hotel" is also an apartment building. IT was very clean and modern. The location was unbeatable. Restaurants and shops are at your doorstep.

There were no dinner plates. Everything else but no plates. To be fair, I didn't need them but the apartment has everything else. Maybe I missed them?

Easy check in, nice appartement, clean, good location, good fitness room.
No dressing mirror, hardly any essential cooking ingredients (oil, vinegar, soy sauce). No bedroom tv.

Cool building and location
Experienced some issues within the unit that were hot completely resolved to our satisfaction during our stay.

We loved our apartment itself. The pool was also very nice, and everything we needed was convenient to get to. The staff was very responsive to our request when an item was missing in the bathroom.
Way too much scent (air freshener) used in the common spaces (entryway, hallways). For those of us with allergies this is really torture.

Great value, would do it again. Having Trader Joes and Starbucks right there was clutch. Access codes worked fine. People in the building were all very nice. Felt safe.
The body wash dispenser was empty and mangled I don’t understand why housekeeping wouldn’t catch that. No ice in freezer. Not a lot of sunlight and bedroom sunshade could block more light while sleeping. The common areas of the complex were pretty trashed.

Bedroom gets way too bright in the early morning as the shades seem pretty poor, need some blackout curtains as well.

Great location, online check in (heaven for introverts!), Staff ready to help (online as well). It was great!

Having to use chromecast to watch TV. A lot of buffering made it difficult to watch. Parking could
become ridiculous since the charge was $20.00 for every trip in and out not a flat rate.

Great appartement, stylish, and a great kitchen with all that is needed to cook at home. Washer and dryer for laundry in the unit. Bath. Good wifi. Easy self check in. Great location with Trader Joe's and bus stop downstairs, light rail stop two blocks away for both green and blue lines. Perfect!
