Nice place

Easy access to the beach. Clean and comfortable in the unit. I felt very at home.

Loved the space the condo had and location

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Judith Ann Inn. It is very clean, the kitchen has everything, and it is very close to the beach. However, some disappointing things are that the fireplace is not working, the water heater is not large enough to fill the tub, and the living area furniture is very uncomfortable. Some nitpicky things are that there were no washcloths, the deck has no privacy (some translucent panels between decks would be nice), and the bed is very high. I do recommend this place. It is a very good value for the price.

Could not see or get near beach sand or ocean

I really enjoyed myself, I do wish the fire place worked and the jets for the jacuzzi tube worked. Overall I would stay there again.

Spent 3 days with my husband. Place was close enough to not use allot of gas, love the back patio and jetted tub. Accomodations were exactly what we wanted and received.

The facility was nice and looked like the listing. We enjoyed cooking seafood and watching a movie. The cute frogs at night added to the ambiance. A few improvements could make this a superstar experience.

Our stay was pleasant. The front door needs a little maintenance so if you stay and have trouble locking it when you are going out, pull hard and make sure the deadbolt can deploy. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen to prepare anything you bring.

The unit is so calm and relaxing. The fireplace and tub were amazing. We enjoyed everything about this gem.

Lots of quirks because it’s an older building, but it is clean and the location is good. Appears to be up for sale.

The bedding needed washed, there were hairs on the pillows, and each pillow smelled of different shampoo. There was moldy coffee grounds in the filter.

Everything was great except for the fact the fireplace did not work

Excellent location, however the view of the ocean that previous was available is now blocked by the outside vegetation. Since the offending plants likely are part of the beach, they likely will not get trimmed, so don't expect a view here. Unit could use a small window that is not above the tub that you can open at night to hear the ocean, as the one above the tub is large and could cause security concerns if left open. Still, it's nice to have a jetted tub and a full kitchen so close to the beach.

Place was clean and perfect for our needs

Check-in was waaay more complicated than necessary. No cell signal at the property area so all the online stuff wasn’t working. No WIFI password except ONLINE didn’t help. Hot tub had no working jets, so was just a bathtub really. No direct access to the beach unless you drove down the road in your car. On the upside, the rooms were MUCH NICER than expected. VERY spacious and quite clean. I liked the shower as well as the bathroom sink - very modern looking!!

Love the place just would’ve been nicer. If it would’ve been cleaner, I would’ve been able to access the key.

The fold out couch was awful bed was hard as rock jets in tub were disgusting and WI-FI didn’t work. It was quite and close to beach Vacasa was very responsive and tried to be helpful

Enjoyed our stay very much. We had a little trouble getting in the condo. We are still not sure what the "gate code" is for. But once we got the hang of the keypad entry system, we didn't have any problems with it. We also couldn't get the TV to work until the cable company did a reboot. It's really hard to complain about anything. It was a beautiful vacation stay!

The condo was clean, very spacious and good location. It does need some TLC. Shower doors are rusted and hard to slide. The heater only works in the main room and not in the bedroom. There are no matching wine or drinking glasses. Also no cork screw. The directions for opening the door are confusing because the directions show you a lockbox like the one that is hanging on the condo door. It’s not necessary to show you this picture because the codes that were given do not work with the lock box. Only works on the actual door lock.

This is a decent and localized place near the town. Our only complaint is that the cable and internet were not working during our stay. Otherwise, it’s nice and we would stay again should we ever visit Ocean Shores again.

Very Spacious. Larger than expected. Fireplace was great. Check in and check out was smooth and easy.

We were pleasantly surprised, it was quiet and a nice walk from the beach and it felt great to return and get in the hot tub and turn on the fireplace while listening to music. Just what we needed!

I love having a fireplace and big beautiful tub in the room. So cozy and romantic right? WELL first I had to scrub all the jets in the tub because while they may have been "sanitized" there was what looked like years of mildew buildup in them. When you have jetted tubs this is something that can collect bacteria and NEEDS to be scrubbed regularly. The second issue is that the hot water heater does not produce anywhere near enough hot water to even fill the tub to halfway and lukewarm. I dont like super hot baths and I followed instructions to "have cold water running" when filling tub but the fact is they need to upgrade the water heater to make use of the tub. I boiled multiple pots of water to give it a boost but it was still not anywhere near hot.... My last complaint is that the toliet was broken, the water would cycle on and off avery 20 seconds or so and it was very loud. I did not sleep well the first noght becuase of this but turned the water valve off the next night and turned it back on before using in the morning. I generally dont take the time to write reviews but this could be a great place to stay if these issues were resolved.

Cute place. Enjoyed the fireplace. Looks west, towards the ocean, but no view. (Big grassy berm.). The plates and drink ware really need replacing. Housekeeping was very responsive to our couple of requests. Nice location for walking.

The actual rental is wonderful The management company a nightmare I have rented with VACASA many times and it’s always a duplicitous endeavor Check in and check out times are advertised as 2pm and 11am respectively BUT once they take your payment you will receive a notice that the check in time is 4pm and check out 10am and as happened this time they may extend your check in time out to 5pm depending on their cleaning staff. That’s four hours of paid time in the rental they will remove from your reservation and they will not return your money if you decline their reconstruction of the paid itinerary. Be careful and advocate for yourself.

The bare basics of this home are fine. The fireplace is beautiful, the home is spacious, and the back porch overlooks a quiet view of shrubs. The jet tub is nicely located, but there is not enough hot water to fill it. The kitchen has chipped dishes and is very minimally stocked. There is nothing here that welcomes a cozy environment. We felt the fee was too high for what the accommodations offered.
