First of all hotel was not accepting the rates offered by booking.com. Hotel charged extra money for stay. Bed was not at all comfy, washroom was very dirty.Staff was very bad.

This wasn't clean but it was comfortable but the charges were high as because they charged 500 extra than other customers

they said they dont take any bookings from booking.com, hence i have given different amount to stay there

Nothing, and even full amount was paid online still thy asked 1000 rupees extra at time of check in. Which was very worst experience. When we asked for bill thy said server are down after almost 24 hours thy have us bill which is fraud bill ..word document which can created by anybody no transaction I'd, no GST number on bill .

Extremely bad customer service dirty room with no toiletries towel no wifi as well. Extremely bad front desk guy who was rude and had no customer service experience apart from that when booked thru booking.com the trarrif was more then what was advertised and at the time of check in at midnight the guy just said tske ot or leave it worst ever experience i have ever had in a hotel stay.

Wish there was something to like not even a bottle of water was given had to buy it

Everything thing, when I booked the booking charges was 1200, at the hotel the charge 2100, pay or not check in. They even didn't give bill.

they did not give us the room. said there was no booking. we had to come back and search for another alternative accommodation. they refused to give us written proof that there was no booking in our name.

Location was in Begampur Village. Paid money for booking confirmation and to avoid any last minute hussle but OYO disappointed me again. Took money and booking was not confirmed. Manager refused to allow stay at charged prices. Don't know why OYO keep giving low prices without taking property manager in confidence. It becomes very embarassing situation in front of family/relatives. I had my own vehicle but those who use public transport to reach there, it becomes very difficult to find another property in short span of time nearby. It was told that booking is now cancelled and money would be refunded but no mail or whatsapp has been received even after 7 days of trip.
