Love the location and seeing deer iff the balcony. The decor is hard 80s. The mirror in the bedroom was leaning against the wall because a foot was broken in it, the bed sheets were dirty as was the bathroom mirror. Appreciated tge Washer/dryer

We had a great time here, will be back for sure. The jacuzzi tub is amazing & the bed is so comfortable. There’s some minor things that could be worked on. The back door wouldn’t lock so it made us feel a little uneasy. There was also only one robe which we found in the closet. The cleanliness was pretty good but there was some food on the floor & on the “bar” counter where the placemats were. Other than that, we really loved it. Thanks for making our weekend away so nice!

Clean older decorated unit. Close to the beach and nice jacuzzi in the room. Easy check in and out. Full kitchen with dishes and appliances and washer and dryer. The only thing would be there were no trash bags left in any garbage cans.

Second time staying here and enjoyed every second. Would be awesome to have a mattress cover under the sheets on the bed and spray to wipe the counters.

The jetted tub at the Judith Ann never disappoints. The room was clean (barring the actual mattress itself, which a little soap, sponge and peroxide would remove the remains of most of the visible stains), however, some glaring flaws cut down the rating. Many light fixtures need replacement bulbs, they were either burned out or non-working. Dining area clock needs batteries (current ones too weak for seconds hand to move forward). Main carpet (green) needs replacing, looks shabby and has two large white spots that I believe were there a few years back. Stayed here two nights, noted early on and relayed WIFI wasn't working, was told to reset the router (which isn't in the room, only Management can reset it). After two nights of complaints "being relayed to management", signal was still too weak to connect to a simple online app on my tablet. They seriously need a new, more powerful WIFI router for the Judith Ann.

All the amenities that this listing mentioned were spot on. It looks just like the photos and was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets, the dishwasher and refridgerator were clean and functioning. The tv was crystal clear, easy to function. Hooking up to the free wi-fi took only a moment. The bedroom offered alot of closet space, and a very comfortable large bed.

Beautiful property, listing is spot on. Very clean and spacious! Many amenities, large refriegerator, dishwasher, kitchen small appliances and gadgets. Easy access to get into the until by ourselves at check in. Fireplace was wonderful as the temperature was rather chilly and windy during our stay outside. Comfortable back patio, one could hear the ocean & if standing on your toes the ocean. Large bed. Decor could use to be updated. Room darkening curtains over the blinds would be nice as the entire unit was quite lit up throughout the night. The tv was crystal clear, DVD in the room, we didn't use since the selection of DVDs was very poor and adult genre, rated R. An extra touch was hand sanitizer and pump soap at the sinks. There were kites to use and plenty of linen as well as a washer and dryer (we didn't use it to see if it worked though). Ample parking. A suggestion would be to provide a lanyard in the unit so the guest could put the key on it while utilizing it. Also, to update the guest book and rules of the property book. Thankful it was clean within the unit! We didn't use the hot tub, kind of an odd area to have it and we were pretty chilly during our stay due to the weather Ocean Shores had during our visit. We have stayed at the Judith Ann for 8 years now when in Ocean Shores for the Irish Music Festival. We love the location, but the property is getting run down. Simple things in our room that can be repaired like a loose toilet seat and broken switch for the gas fireplace would only take a few minutes to repair. The lock on the back patio door was broken, so we could not lock our room up. The plastic vent cover on the microwave was taped in place and fell off when we opened the microwave door. And the carpet has really seen better days. And I understand trying to do remote check in and out of the rooms to reduce the cost of not having a full time employee on the property. But the lock boxes that are being used are very cheap and difficult to open. I had to go up to the 3rd floor to help an elderly couple get their key out of the lock box when they were trying to check in. The one on our door was hanging down low on the handle and the numbers were very hard to read. There are a lot better options that would not cost much at all, and would make the customer experience much better. Hopefully the property owners will invest a little time and money into the Judith Ann to help bring it back to life.

Nice place that is wheelchair friendly (shower, kitchen counter height, bedroom door) and comfortably decorated. We arrived to the floor in great need of a vacuum and food crumbs on counters and coffee table. Texted about it to Vacasa and scheduled time for it to be corrected. It wasn't. No follow-up message. Also, one notice says check out is at 10, but another said 11. So, 10:30 arrives and here comes cleaner who wants to start washing linens then and there....I was not comfortable with that but what to do? Not returning to a Vacasa managed property.

The home was exactly as described. Watched television and relaxed most the time. The spa tub was nice and the whole family found time to enjoy it. Close to other activities outside of the rental as we got to enjoy cosmic bowling the night before our stay was up. Thanks again for having us in your home.

Loved everything, great space and property. Only needs 2 things to make it a 5 star. 1.) Micro fiber sheets on the bed, the bottom sheets are old and ruff. 2.) A tv in the bedroom. Everything else is perfect!

Dated decor was beautiful , clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved the room. We have decided that this will be the only place we stay when staying in Ocean Shores. It was very peaceful, relaxing, very clean and spacious.

It was really nice to have a full kitchen pretty much fully stocked and a washer and dryer. The jacuzzi tub was nice as well. We liked the little add ons like kites, games and cards. Lots of pillows and blankets. No ocean view, but nice place to stay, even with kids.

From the first step into The Chattanooga, it was just like the photos from Booking. Com! I loved that! Clean, plenty of basic hygiene items, lovely back porch, great lighting, lots of outlets, and just such a cozy feel to the room.

It was clean, nicely decorated. A great place to relax and unwind. It was better than the pictures showed. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, fireplace, and the hot-tub! The beach and activities were nearby.

This condo is stocked with plenty of extra blankets, the kitchen has a little bit of everything, tons of Xbox games, movies, and even kites for the beach. Nice fireplace and amazing jacuzzi. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the decor is insanely outdated. Would be way better without the 80's Victorian wallpaper and kitsch. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Lots of great pots, pans, dishes and flatware. Nice homey feel throughout the rooms. Didn't get to use the jetted bath but maybe next time. Loved having the fireplace after getting soaked in the rain digging razor clams.

It had many things we weren’t expecting, like games, Xbox, movies and kitchenware. We did have a few issues with our stay, unfortunately, but it was still fun.

The place was quiet very clean well furnished had everything we could imagine and well taken care of . Only thing missing was a TV in the bedroom. It's nice to lay in bed and watch TV. I plan on coming back again

Great place. Cozy comfy place to escape the pressure of daily life. Hang out by the fire (or in the jetted tub) and reconnect .

From the moment we walked inside it was just beautiful. The attention to detail was fabulous. We had a great time at our visit and will likely return because we also got married on the back patio🙂

It was a big apartment, very attractive interior.There were a few things that make me not want to stay here again. I messed up my date of stay, and while the person I called was helpful, I had to spend a whole $70 more on a room for one night, as well as $70 of non-refundable fee to cancel my other reservation in the same building.The jacuzzi was nice, but it ran out of hot water before it was even halfway full, and did not get more hot water for nearly 45 minutes.The TV was confusing, with four remotes and unreliable setup. Couldn't access cable so I put in a DVD, but the player shut itself off about every twenty minutes, and I had to turn it back on every time.Lastly, when I went to make a pot of coffee in the morning, there was a filter still inside with molding grounds.Overall, I would rather have stayed somewhere else.
