Accommodating staff like Helen

The staff are so accommodating specially Helen, Lucy and the guy(we just forgot to ask his name). The breakfast also tastes really good. The room is also clean and quiet. It is near the city and you can walk.

Its is few minutes walk from the republic and lots of stores and shop even mall is nearby. Room has fridge, tv and stove. The staff are the most accommodating people on earth (Helen, George, the other guy even the lady making the breakfast and cleaning the rooms). 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We even over stayed in the hotel but they did not charged us extra ❤️
Basically the toilet floor dont have drainage so some water get stuck.

I’ve travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, but never experienced such a wonderful person like Helen. She was very welcoming, privately messaged me to sort airport taxi service, as they were ripping Wales fans off. She gave us an option of a few rooms and recommended us a certain room which was great. She was helpful with everything we need to go and do and made us feel very welcome. Would 100% recommend because of how amazing she truly was.

Dobra lokalizacja. Obsługa hotelu bardzo sympatyczna. Pomagają w wielu sprawach. Można na nich liczyć. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Polecam gościnę w Hotelu Nuryan !!!

When we been check in at the room there are no air conditioner controller we ask the staff and they bring it for us
Only problem one day we walk up and there are no water we asking about it for management they say us that problem not for the hotel all this area there are no water and it will be only 6:00PM
during this they will give bottle of waters (FREE)
4:00PM problem is done …

Nice lady at the reception, she gave us better room for the same price. Nice location, not far away from the center. Clean.Only the door could be better - you can hear all the steps at the corridor and lobby and you can also see the light- we covered the door with the blanket. Anyway I can recommend that place ;)

Service was personalized and even made exceptional by the Hotel Manager Elen, who was very friendly and accommodating. She even assisted us on what tour was good for each season.
We did the city tour by ourselves since the hotel is just a walk away to the main city attractions like Republic Square, Northern Avenue, The Cascades, several parks, cafes and restaurants.
Breakfast was A++mazing. Best coffee ever! love love.
Me and my friend actually miss Elen and the whole of Armenia. We were surprised how nice Armenians are and how beautiful this country is.
