We loved staying at the Milton property!
It was lovely, comfortable, clean and handy to everything in Napier! It was great for our dog Benji too as it was fully fenced and safe for him. Mary the host was great at communicating and ensuring we were happy and had everything we needed. We would def stay here again next time we come down.

Excellent quality accomodation, ease of checking in through to lovely furnishings and extras - cotton towels, body wash, washing up liquid etc. Great location a few minutes drive from central Napier or walking distance if preferred. Fully fenced section which was child friendly, and great heating options for those colder nights. Thanks again team.

Exceptional home to stay at.
This home had everything and more you that was needed for a perfect stay! We were so impressed with all the amenities, especially the Sunbeam coffee maker (a real American thing)! Our little dog, Bella, enjoyed her stay there too.Mary was the perfect host. We will definitely return.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this property.
Comfy beds (love the feather down pillows and Duvet!) the house is well appointed and has great shower pressure.
Made use of the Webber Q BBQ out the back and the island kitchen is great. Will be staying here again for sure. Thanks Mary for being such a great host.

Beautiful house, great location.
Great communication, amazing showers, comfy beds, wonderful products for personal use eg hand wash, body wash. Great lounge area and a spacious garden. We took our 18 week old labrador too and was perfect for him. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to stay again.

AMAZING! Couldn’t fault this holiday home . And had the pleasure meeting Mary and having a great chat about the neighborhood with Mary with us originally from the Bay .
Clear instructions about the house etc . Sophie (2yrs old ) slept well and so did we . Nice quiet street and great sunny deck , off road parking and fully fenced for the pooch

Beautiful bungalow in Napier
The bungalow was gorgeous. Beautifully furnished and decorated and had everything you could possibly need. Lovely touches like body wash,hand wash etc. Very close proximity to Marine Parade, shops and cafes. Mary was easy to contact and let us have our 2 British Bulldogs stay. Fully fenced property, so great for them. Would highly recommend this lovely bungalow. Thanks Mary…Julie

Fabulous stay. Wonderful and close to everything there is to do in Napier.
Staying at 101 on the hill was fabulous. Because Murphy (our dog) was able to stay. This meant we could come away. We did some amazing walks around the area. Ate out at delicious cafes, restaurants and really got to relax. Because of the brilliant location we came and went all day. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. Thanks Mary for letting us stay. The house worked so well for us all.

Loved it!!
I stayed at 101 for about 7 weeks with my small dog Zara. The house is lovely and we were sad to leave!! Mary has been an amazing host and has helped us out above and beyond!!

Comfortable, relaxing home with all the essentials and ammenities. Close to all restaurants and local supermarkets/shops. Highly recommended with easy and great communication with the owner of the property. Hope to come back someday soon.

this property is great and the dogs loved it.
the only couple of things were the oven was not very clean and the pillows on the beds are far too soft other than that we would stay here again and again.

Comfortable home ‘On the hill’ in lovely Napier
This was a great base for 4 friends and three dogs! The property is attractive and very comfortable and has a good location. The garden is enclosed and was great for us and our dogs. Communication with Mary was prompt and friendly and she checked in with us after arrival. Recommended!

Met expectations from online information. Kitchen well equipped, but oops! last renters left a dirty tray in oven. Beds comfortable and would happily stay again.

It was great, the cottage had been beautifully renovated.
We loved our stay here and would certainly stay there again. Convenient location. Cottage had everything you needed. Lovely log fire, underfloor heating, deck, outdoor furniture. We had our 3 year old grandaughter and it was great to be able to close the gate so she couldn't run off. Mary came to greet us and was nearby if we had needed help. Excellent

Great house for 4 adults and 1 toddler
This is a great house kept beautifully by Mary. The walk into town is under a kilometer though be prepared to walk up some decent hills on the way back. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed.
