We were so glad to find this spot, and it was a great fit for our group of 13 and a very easy process! Location was excellent for us, Leslie gave great parking directions, and we were even able to get in early. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows to go around. We had a great time!

Lovely property with a good amount of space and comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was very clean, spacious with super modern appliances. Location was great with lovely walk to James River view through Hollywood Cemetery. We also walked to Maymont Park Japanese/Italian gardens. We would visit again.

Property Manager was very accommodating and communicative. The space is nice, new, spacious and spotless clean. Beds were comfortable. For us it was the perfect downtown Richmond location, close to all the venues we had to go to.

The home was plenty large for our family who met in Virginia from various states. The parking area was very convenient and allowed for multiple vehicles. Although we brought all of our bathroom supplies- I thought it was great that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in all bathrooms. The paper products and trash bags are a bonus as well because that isn’t always offered. We played uno and enjoyed the large table. Thank you!

The location was fine. I did not expect to be in the city but that worked out fine. I knew there was not space for the children to play but they got time at the reunion.

The property is in a safe neighborhood not too far from 95 and there was off street parking for all three of our cars to fit easily. Everything you could ever need is stocked- sheets towels toilet paper soap etc. the property manager is one of the best I’ve ever worked with- responded to me very quickly every time I reached out. She also handled an issue around the garbage disposal being broken very quickly and generously. Highly recommend!

It was so nice having the 3 bathrooms especially when there are kids and teenagers. The bunk bed room was a great hit.. my grandchildren were all able to stay in that room and had a blast. The back porch was nice to sit on in the evenings.

This is the second time my colleague and I have stayed at this lovely home. It is in such a great location that is very close to the Fan District that is full of fantastic restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!

In addition to nice linens on the beds and towels, there were multiple rolls of paper towels, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, etc that provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. House was clean overall and would be great for a large group. Walking distance or quick uber rides to Richmond restaurants and nightlife. Thanks Leslie!

The house is setup so well for large groups. We fully utilized the kitchen and living spaces. The porches were a plus! Leslie was extremely helpful, accommodating, and responsive! Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Will definitely book again next time we're in town!

We were a smaller group for what the house can accommodate, but we absolutely loved the place. Every detailed seemed thought through and felt really convenient. Short Uber rides to any areas we wanted to visit and the process was just so easy and comfortable.

Good communication with renter. Was able to get in 2 hrs early. However, no TV in the house. Kind of hard to believe a house not having atleast 1 tv. House was clean, great number of beds. All chairs in the living room were broken. Renter did communicate that the previous person damaged the couch and a new one was coming on Monday. When we got there realized all the chairs in the living room were broken. Would have been nice to be offered a little money back for the inconvenience. Not complaining but good business would have been to atleast offer.

This is a great location! We were able to walk to around VCU’s campus and to our planned meal outs. The kitchen table was the main area we spent most of our time. Lots of games and meals took place there. The beds are so comfortable and the bedding was great! We really enjoyed the space and the porches. Parking was great and easily fit 6 cars. Leslie was really easy to communicate with and flexible with our trip. We highly recommend using this property!

We came as a group from all over to have a girls weekend. This was the perfect place for getting together. It was comfortable, safe, and spotlessly clean. We will be back!

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our large group! I rented this house to provide a place for my team to stay during our training. There was more than enough space and my team raved about how awesome the house was after their first night. There are plenty of sleeping spaces, games, amenities for any size group of visitors. There is both street parking (pay attention to the signs) and parking in the back, which was a major plus. Ms. Robertson and the house host did an excellent job at making sure I had all the necessary information needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality. I will definitely consider booking this home again and would recommend to any visitors 100%.

Over-priced for the neighborhood, but the inside of the house was VERY well maintained and comfortable. Well stocked, well managed, easy stay. Property manager also very accommodating and easy to work with. Overall pleased with the stay and grateful. Thanks for a great weekend!
