Very nice and kind hosts, always with big smiles. The apartman is close to the lakes, restaurants and it is tidy. Perfect stay for a long weekend.

Lovely place, with great hosts. Very clean and comfortable room. It's 15 minutes drive from Plitvice. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

The room was very clean, location very good, aprox 12km from entrance 1, very comfy bed, the owners were super friendly and nice.
The pillows were very big and couldn’t sleep on them.

The balcony was nice and it was calm. The lady was nice as well but she didnt speak any language except of croatian, so it was kind of tricky to understand her well.
The wifi is not working very well.
If you have a booking there, look for the tina appartments, otherwise you cant find it. Our navi was sending us somewhere else and even the neighburs didnt know where it is.

Very good position to Plitvicka, very nice place.
The problem was the comprehension because English is not spoken. Although Neda is very polite and with the help of his son we were a little bit more avle to communicate.

Pictures of the room perfectly corresponds with reality. The place was very clean, neat and nicely furnished. We could have our own breakfast at the balcony which was perfect. The owner were friendly and always smiling, really nice people.
Wi-Fi connection was quite low, took long time to load. However, we did not mention this to the owner at the stay so they did not have a chance to fix it.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helped us out with all the questions we’ve had. We were traveling in Croatia with a car and Grabovac was a stop on our way to Plitvice lakes. The rooms in the guest house are very new, we also had a balcony with a nice view. Little advice: ask hosts for a home wine, olive oil and home made dried ham - it’s very delicious and you can buy it right from the house. Highly recommend to stay at Neda‘s guesthouse! :)
