Location, beautiful view, comfortable bed, spacious living and bedroom, customer service.
Bedroom furniture was a little dusty. The kitchen sink plug needs replacing as it no longer holds water in the sink, and it was really dirty. I really suggest a second power point be added with the Cooktop mains power switch. This would allow visitors to use the toaster on the Cooktop directly under the Rangehood. Eliminates the worry of the toaster triggering the smoke alarm system. Sorry I ran a rental dept for 12 years ,so these little things always come to mind when I stay in holiday spots. Not trying to be an annoying visitor. Lastly, I didn't see it anywhere, but could it please be added to the property overview, that the garage has a limited height restriction to 2.0mtr and the complex has limited parking spaces at the front? We drive a Landrover Discovery, and we have a low rooftop tent as well. We weren't able to use the garage and the car parks at the front were full on arrival. There was nowhere for us to park while we unloaded our car. We had luck with one of the cleaning crew leaving and we were able to park in that spot for the night.

Great apartment furnished and decorated well. Lovely views . Beach/pool towels provided thank you. Easy check in and check out.
Pool and spa not heated which was very disappointing, we never used them and never saw anyone else use them either.
No streaming service available on tv.

The view was incredible! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could need, and so spacious. The distance to town was walkable (although the hill is very steep).

Overall a nice complex and unit.
The pool was unavailable for the first two days, the accommodation agent didn’t care and offered no solution. The beds were old and not comfortable.

Parking entrance height is 2 m, not mentioned in listing. People with antennas and off road accessories on the vehicle might not be able to go through.
No lift in car park, if you are travelling with a baby, you might need to make a few trips to the elevator which is roughly 15-20m away from the parking area.
No refill of milk/coffee/sugar.

uncomfortable beds old stinky comforters on the bed dust down on the floor near the beds and back rubbish bin under sink wasn’t emptied before our arrival

The view was excellent, the apartment was spacious and of a good quality, the welcome pack was appreciated with a few basic items.
The whole area is excellent and ideal for whitsundays
Our check in was confusing , the address stayed unit 14,18 seaview road, and the key had A0016 on the fob, easier if it was apartment 14, seaview road and 14 on the fob.
Our en suit sliding door was broken and difficult to close. Tried reporting it but got no response.

The Main bedroom bed needs replacing - bottomed out. sunk in the middle

location was great, getting up and the driveway hill took a bit of getting used to
the hand basin sink in the ensuite needs to have a plumber to unblock the drain. sliding doors needs a bit of TLC, handles and locks are loose. balcony tables and chairs had a fair bit of bird poo on them
