Your hotel is nicely located near the train station and not very far from the airport. Your staff in the lobby is very attentive to the needs of your guests. We appreciate that your staff speaks English quite well. We stayed for a total of 3 night per a recommendation of a friend.

In room 1325, the bed might be better place to create a walk space on both sides of the bed, even if narrow. Senior may have difficulty access the wall side. It was difficult for us; my husband's balance is strong and I had a foot and arm injury. The shower unit could be less noisy. The floor is loud, the floor makes noise as well. I wondered if we disturbed the neighboring room guests.

Everything was perfect! We picked a room with Hakata lounge access and it was nice. They have laundry room, public bath and the amazing thing was that they have a status update of the washing machine occupancy and the public bath. Live update at that. So you can tell if there are free washing machines from your room or how long your laundry will take to finish, and or if the public bath is crowded or not. That was a very convenient thing about this hotel! Also they are very close to convenience store, and quite within a walking distance to Hakata Station, but very close to Canal City. The Hotel and room design was amazing, sleek, clean and modern. They have great amenities too (just missing shower cap in here, perhaps to reduce plastic waste). We overall loved our stay very much and would recommend staying here.

The breakfast did not provide too many options, but enough to choose from and changed daily. We stayed for 4 days and they change something everyday.

They took a long time to check me in because I have an additional guest - my son staying. I had emailed them earlier but no reply. They said will deal with it during check in Ended up paying additional 30000yen extra even though they did not add ny bed. We were on the Hakata floor so room and 2 large double bed was enough for 3 of us, but they still charge me extra. On the website, they stated that room is for 2-3 pax

I could hear loud music playing most of the time - not sure where the source was.

The location is convenient to Hakata Station either by subway or on foot, and lots convenient stores downstairs.

Room is Spacious for 3 people, comfortable, clean and excellent customer’s service. Staff is very helpful and speaks good English.

Nothing much except location is a bit away from Hakata station but manageable by walk 7 minutes. I suggest to have some hooks in bathroom to hang towel.

The Hotel is very tasteful appointed and comes with an onsen as well. The location is great as there are lots of food and access to nearby attractions. Private and the rooms are bigger than most in the area.

It’s near to the train station - a six minutes walk from Hakata Station. There is also Canal City nearby for some shopping and food, a convenience store just opposite the hotel and a few restaurants located on Level 2 on the same building.
