Very nice staff, we received a bit bigger room, what turned out to be very important for a 6-day stay. Breakfast good but the same buffet every day. Water and selected juices with tea and coffee available without limitation during the whole day. From 17-20 welcome alcocholic drinks.

Room was a bit too small (149 fsq).

The biggest perk is the breakfast. If you're in Fukuoka and you want to stay somewhere with a good breakfast, this is the place to stay. The washers and dryers are free to use. Room is a standard Japanese business hotel room with everything you need. As a solo traveler, it worked for me perfectly. The location is also really good as it's next to a bunch of shops and restaurants, and the Tenjin-minami subway station is just a 5-minute walk away. Also free coffee and water until 11 p.m.

When I was checking in, the person at the front desk forgot to explain to me how the hotel runs its breakfast every morning. For anyone who's curious, when you check in to the hotel, you need to select a time slot for when to eat breakfast and they will hand you a card with the breakfast time slot listed. When it's your time to go down and eat breakfast, you need to bring that card with you and show it to a member of the kitchen staff in order to receive breakfast. For example, I eventually chose the 9:30 a.m.-10:15 a.m. time slot because I tend to wake up late. Because I didn't know this at the time and had no card with me when I arrived for breakfast, this led to some confusion with a kitchen staff member who was trying to help me. Thankfully, I was able to get it worked out with the front desk and was able to enjoy my breakfast. Mistakes happen and I apologize for any confusion I may have caused, but it wasn't the ideal way to start my first full day in Fukuoka.

Great location near restaurants & short walk to the main Tenji shopping & subway line. Much on offer here such as free coffee & slush smoothie in the morning. Room is comfortable though the bed was soft. Good wifi. Free laundry service which was greatly appreciated.

No room service unless you stay three nights but they do offer clean towels daily.

The property is clean, the breakfast had lots of options and a free laundry service. The breakfast includes “make your own” smoothies, pizza and a chopped salad (a little unusual!). The staff are really helpful!

The breakfast is really a thing in this place, the buffet is awesome and pizzas for morning was surprisingly good. Even the free drinks during the stay were very good. Free washing machine and dryer was very handy

Because of changes on plans on the trip, we had to book it 2 days before staying and as the only option available on the researching time for Fukuoka by Booking.com. It was extreeeeeeemely expensive, 4 times more than our next accommodation that was 300 meters away from this Breakfast Hotel. The room was the smallest we had during our stay in Kyushu. The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub had a very slow drain.

Room & Service - The room is clean and tidy. It was exactly what described and the same as in the photos. Amenities were provided in the bathroom. Small fridge, boiler and hair dryer were available jn room. Front desk staff were very helpful too. We were able to store our luggage at the front desk for a few days, before we stay again several days later. Just a bit of heads up- they don’t provide daily room service, unless you request for it. Fresh towels were provided daily though. Location - It is located in the middle of Tenjin station and JR Hakata station, which is good considering you can access both easily. Minimum 10 minutes walk is needed to get to either station. It can be a bit of a work out if you are carrying a huge luggage with you. But with both stations within walking distance, I guess you really can’t complain :)

Would be nice if there are more place to hang clothes in room

the hotel is in good location, plus the ambient surrounding with nice shops and restaurants. Amenities e.g. soap and shampoo was good.

Bathtub was very small, though can't complain much as the price was good.
