Good location, reasonable room rates

The staff caused issues re booking taxis on two occasions. The first was to take me to a doctor’s appointment - the second was to take us to the airport. On the first occasion reception said they would book a taxi for a specific time - when I called to check where the taxi was at this time they said they hadn’t booked it. On the second occasion our taxi to the airport did not show up but reception did not check this or let us know.
