Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Comfy bed

Too many stairs to room. Room was small and had limited facilities. Too expensive for size of room

The owners were great. Breakfast was very nice. The double bed was very comfortable.

Our room needed a deep clean; I am not sure the room had been hoovered and there were cup marks on the side units.

Very uncomfortable beds and hard. No blackout blinds, a very hot room so very hot during the summer.

Lovely place, stopped for a nearby wedding and the owners couldn’t do enough for us. Fantastic value for money

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had an issue that we needed help with for our little boy and Jane was on hand to help so promptly, which was over and above what she would be otherwise very busy with overall! Evening meal was nice and breakfast was lovely. Room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Our only issue was proximity to where we needed to be, but I would say that is booking.com rather than the hotel itself to be looking at how they advertise their locations before you can make the decision to book. Would be happy to stay again in the future though!

Very friendly management and staff who go out of their way to ensure your stay meets your expectations. Good in the restaurant, both evening meals and breakfast is excellent. Good value for money.
