El personal super agradable, la ubicacion frente a la playa y la animacion y opciones para niños.

El todo incluido es un poco “fraude” porque entre horas no incluye nada, y todos los bares ofrecen solo cosas de pago. La comida es de calidad media baja y los helados para niños de La Bambola han roto la cadena de frio. Por telefono ademas nos dieron una informacion positivs que al llegar nos desmintieron y te penalizan si vienes de Booking con cargos extras. Por ultimo es de TUI y esta un poco masificado. La habitacion ha sido semi reformada pero el baño y edificio son cutres.

Prezzi molto alti all’interno per comprare qualsiasi cosa .. pulizia delle camere approssimativa .. le signore delle pulizie e’ come se ti facessero un favore

Que teníamos la playa ahí mismo y sus desayunos , la gran variedad culinaria que había La gran atención del personal

Tanta cantidad de gente y todos a reservar sus hamacas...no quedaban a primera hora de la mañana y que no cooperaban en mantener limpio los turistas extranjeros

Salida directa a la playa, habitaciones con balcón y cocina equipada. Buena animación y variado opciones de buffet. Mayoría de familias con hijos pequeños, y la playa ideal para chicos pequeños, porque no tiene olas.

Imposante Anlage, super Lage!

- Staff was very helpful and friendly - Pools for kids (although the water was very cold. They don't heat them) - Playground and entertainment for children - Beach close to the hotel - Free towels for pool were provided - Free WIFI - AC

- The bathroom was very small, and the toilet that smelled like urine all the time(although we also tried to clean it) - The room was not oft cleaned (2 times in 8 days). Wednesday and Sunday they don't clean the rooms. The problem was that they don't manage to clean all the rooms until 12:00 all the time and they don't clean in the afternoon. My kid had to sleep from 12:00 so we had to come back in the room then. - The beds were awful. We booked one bedroom apartment (2 rooms). In both of the rooms there were 2 joined 1 person beds on rolls which they moved apart when you sat in them. Our kid was sleeping with us in the middle, so a bit stressful during night. The mattress were very high, and I've scratched my leg in one of the bed springs which was coming out. - On the balcony was always smelling like sewage or food from restaurant. - Furniture and equipment was quite old. In the kitchen the drawers were dirty. - Because the kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher, "clean" is relative to each person. Because of this we had to clean the dishes before using, they were dirty. - Nosy from the street and supplier trucks. - WIFI not working in all the rooms. - for almost all kids activities you have to pay extra(for All Inclusive also). Not related to the hotel, but the area: - very few restaurants and very expensive. Cheaper to take a bus and eat in Can Picafort city center(3 bus stations). - very expensive supermarkets, even 3x more expensive then the ones from Can Picafort center. - In September were very big waves, because of this is was difficult for small kids to play in the water.

La comida excelente con muchaa opciones y super fresca. Los niños tenian su propio buffet con bastante variedad. Las habitaciones comodas y con buen balcon.

El.aire de la habitacion no iba bien, llamamos y vinieron muy rapido a solucionarlo. Algunos horarios del comedor eran muy concurridos pero el personal muy amable y dispuesto.

Parfait en famille, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour tout le monde, personnel très agréable et efficace, tout est fluide, pas ou peu d'attente malgré le monde, plage, location de voiture, pharmacie, arrêt de bus......tout est accessible à moins de 5 minutes à pieds, aucun problème d'accès avec une poussette ou autre fauteuil roulant.

J'ai personnellement eu un peu de mal avec la nourriture, mais c'est varié et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour tout le monde.

Hotel big and perfect for young kids. Over an hour walk to the town, have to bus or taxi to anywhere close to eat/drink.

It is very expensive for food and drinks if you are not all inclusive and there isn't much music etc during the day/night

The location of the hotel is amazing. When booking I hadn’t realised the beach was SO close. We ended up with a sea view apartment which really made the holiday so much more fantastic. Food was above expectations for an all inclusive too which was a bonus.

The pool was very, very busy.

the facilites in the hotel for the kids was excellant and they really enjoyed the astro pitch and the playground in the evenings. Also the evening entertainment was good.

We went in mid august and the pool area was very overcrowded. Every morning we needed to get down at 7am to get a bed and a parasol.

Nice big clean hotel right next to the beach. Beach was lovely and safe, and lovely blue water. Great pools at the hotel, and while busy in the pool and for sun loungers etc we always got a couple of sun loungers later in the morning. It's a family hotel so it was what we expected. Our child has a number of severe food allergies so we ate mainly in our apartment. However when we did eat out in the hotel they dealt with it well, at both the restaurant (Green & Grill) and take away booth (Crispy Corner) - cooking chips seperately in new oil & seperate new pan and then serving them to us - rather than chancing any cross contamination in the buffet. We also ate at restaurant near hotel entrance (The Garden BBQ), and at down the road (Ca'n Tango), and both were good with allergies. Didn't go all inclusive and didn't need to - the cost of drinks were fair/OK and got branded drinks, and larger glasses than the AI guests. Food costs were OK/expected also - even dining out. Regular bus outside hotel to take you to other locations, markets etc.

As mentioned we use the room a lot for eating meals and while it was nice to eat on our balcony the dining area could have been better/bigger for 4 x guests when it was too hot outside. Occasional foul smell in the evenings at the bar/entertainment area- think the toilets near the bar need to be looked at? Evening entertainment was poor. Staff did their best and there was the odd good dancer/singer that was good. Magician was the highlight of the week. Seen better entertainment on other holidays. Not much to do in the surrounding area, however there's not much the hotel can do about this - still great for a family Hotel/Beach holiday.

The room given was awesome with a great view to the beach. The beach is amazing. Supermarket right in front, parking, restaurants around. Staff was polite and courteous. Bed was comfortable and rooms are ok.

Too crowded, people reserving chairs at 6am, the cleaning needs to be asked and they would not clean until late afternoon. I had some issues before arriving but I rather not bash the place, they said I could stay there, that I would be transfer to other hotel, not beach front, I question and they fixed it. I liked the hotel and all, I know I went in the busy season, but I felt that the premises are too small for the capacity of the place.

Hotel was fab, loved that it was right on the beach. Pools were brilliant & my kids loved the slides. Plenty of sunbeds available. Can't really comment on food as we were self-catering but there was an on-site supermarket which was very handy. Rooms were compact but very nice and kept clean. Overall a lush holiday

Good location and beautiful beach, convenient parking. Rude front desk staff, but nice manager.

The front desk staff, one person was screaming and talk in very impolite manner. He was almost about to physically fight my husband. He was yelling curse words over and over. This was the worst receptionist we’ve ever seen.

Amazing Hotel! With perfect shows and a lot of funny! Nice food and a lovely restaurants service! Really good apartment for family. We definitely need back to Alcudia Pins!

Cleanliness in common areas is good but in the room it could be a little better. Some drink machines have issues and some staff at the bar were stressed . I made the All inclusive choice and expected the same experience as people who paid for the full price drinks. But none of these problems affected our joy.

It was nice to be on the beach and have a pool.

The beaches were covered in trash. There was more tiny plastic than shells. We would bring a plastic bag daily so that we could pick up trash everyday. There were so many cigarette butts. People just use the beach as their ashtray.

Iy was great for young families.

Not near to anything and the restaurants were expensive.

The best thing about this hotel is that it's situated right on the beach. We liked having a few slides in the pools too.

The location was too far outside of alcudia with very little to do around the immediate area. The busses were dreadfully over crowded and hot. The hotel entertainment was bad with very little variation. The smell of sewage was overwhelming at times, there were 2 nights in a row we couldn't be down by the entertainment/Park area because of the strong smell of sh*t. The pools were dirty and cloudy a lot of the time. The room space was very badly thought out - for example , bug wardrobe space but no shelving installed. So just a big empty space. Which was fine, If you just want to store your suitcase there, but couldn't unpack anything. Games room very limited and lots of things out of order. Life guards just sat and chatted, didn't correct feral kids behaviour and dangerous behaviour on the slide. My son also slipped by the baby pool and cut both his feet open on a sharp bit of tile - life guards gave us a plaster but were of no other help at all - didn't inspect the area etc. Also, the onside shop was absolute daylight robbery. Unbelievably expensive.

Poor quality food. Pool area was cahos with rows and rows of sunbeds on top of each other. First room they gave me was above the garbage removal area. Disgusting smell. Woke up the following morning to smell of sewage.
