This apartment made us feel right at home. Enjoyed the wall art showing what the square looked like before it was turned in to the common space it is today. All rooms were very clean and cozy. The snacks were a nice touch and definitely appreciated after a long night next door in the clubs.

Great location in the heart of the downtown Knoxville. Close to UT. Easy to get into, but very secure. A little on the loud side, but appreciated the earplugs in the rooms. Love the history captured in the room artwork. Not the fault of the owner, but the noise level surfaced more from the homeless in the square than the bar downtown.

Well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. My recommendations for future wish list- total place needs painted and headboards on beds would look more complete.

Absolutely ideal location, very comfy and nicely stocked apartment. A little hiccup with getting in on arrival but later realized the info was provided I just missed it. You might need the ear plugs provided by the host but it’s the trade-off for being in a great place! Would definitely come back.

Cold and windy but staying in this location made our visit easy. We walked to everything. This beautiful apartment had everything you could want. I really appreciated the coffee, drinks, ice in freezer and the snacks. Thank you for providing such a great place so we could enjoy a very cool Knoxville.

Great apartment right on the square really love the fact I could park in the garage and walk, or enjoy the scooters to get around downtown Knoxville. The square is a very happening place even until 2-3am. The ear plugs provided by the host were great. (We stayed on a weekend). The property Inside was clean and neat and well decorated. Hardwood floors, granite countertops nice coffee maker. Amazing food close by. We would definitely go back.

We loved this place. Great location, right on the square downtown. Well done apartment. Spacious, with everything you need and then some. Recommend. We will be staying here next time. The building/windows are older, so the cold (in the winter) and noise seep in, making heat distribution uneven. This is good when some in your party like it cooler than others

This is now our 3 rd stay and we are already talking about when we can get back. The apt is clean and has everything you need plus well situated on Market Square. We love the convenience and Lisa was very helpful and so kind. Kenzie was also very helpful, a big thank you to you both.

Great place! Apartment is well furnished and even had snacks. Windows don’t seal great so a little drafty but not bad. There is a bare downstairs so it can be loud at night.

My daughter and I came to Knoxville for a concert and this location was perfect. The check in process was a breeze and so easy to park in the garage a block away. We didn’t use our car all weekend! It was noisy at night, but we were prepared as this was in the property description.

Perfect location and excellent accommodations! We enjoyed our stay in Market View and will definitely be back. The location is perfect in Market Square and the accommodations were roomy and clean. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location to enjoy knoxville

Staying here was a breeze. Apartment is in a great location, overnight parking is close and Market Square is right outside your window. Expect it to be a bit noisy, you're staying downtown afterall. The property owner ensures there are plenty of ear plugs scattered throughout the space! We got a laugh out of that!!

We had a great 2 day stay . The place was immaculate, the bed was comfortable. Their were snacks and drinks in the fridge. The locations was perfect for so many dinner choices. It was quiet at night for sleeping despite being on the town square.

We stayed for Tennesse Parent's Weekend. It's a great location so it's walking distance to many of the restaurants and bars in downtown Knoxville. Property is as described and is well furnished. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during a conference at the convention center. The location is perfect for an easy walk to the center, restaurants, bars and shops. The parking garage is very close and affordable. Because it’s downtown, you have the typical city sounds, and the property is stocked with everything you need.

Great, safe location for weekend trip to see a Vols game.

The apartment was roomy and very clean. Great location surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues all within walking distance. Close driving distance to Smoky Mountain National Park. Parking garage was close and always had parking. There was some noise from the square that could be heard in the living room but not in the bedrooms. Air conditioning worked great and it was really nice to have a washer/ dryer in the unit.

Stayed here with my wife and son for his tour of UT Knoxville. The space was as advertised and perfect for our family.

This is a great central location on Market Sq, which is primarily restaurants and bars and a few shops. The place was just as listed, and perfect for 3 of us. It would be extremely crowded if you used the pull out sofa. The ear plugs worried us (although was very considerate to leave) but we had no problem with noise. Parking is a block away in a crowded deck, but we always found a place and it’s a little hard to find the first time, so keep your eyes open! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for all the little amenities (coffee, creamer, toiletries and extra linens!)

The property was a perfect location. Right in Market Square. Furniture was comfortable, which you don’t always find in rentals. If I had chosen to cook, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. If we decide to visit Knoxville again, we will definitely check availability of this property.
