The Villa was great, really comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was great space in the house and it had all the kitchen equipment you could want. All 5 bedrooms are en suite and air conditioned. The outside space is fantastic, the pool was great and the stone table/benches on the large balcony are a real bonus. The location is great as well, within walking distance of some beautiful beaches and plenty of good restaurants.

We only had a few really small quibbles. There is a really good restaurant next door and the noise of the fan from that can be a little intrusive but it does go off by 10pm. We did ask about extra keys, as we were not comfortable with using the key safes at the gate and door, our query was ignored. But these really are small issues, it is a fabulous place to stay.

The size and security of the property were brilliant. My family and I had a great week, it was very peaceful and there was a good restaurant within 5-10 minutes walk in any direction.

The beds could have been more comfortable and the pool was absolutely freezing, but neither had any impact on the enjoyment of the week.

The property was well located with a great restaurant around the door, supermarket at walking distance as well as two beaches. The house was well applied, you have a nice bbq area outside, a nice rooftop to watch the sunset and the swimmingpool was cleaned and checked almost daily and we had lots of room for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and would recoment to big families or families and friends.

There were some small improvements which easily could happen: when we arrived two windows didn’t lock, I reported it but wasn’t solved during our stay. Further, the tv box was difficult to set up and we didn’t maange to figure it out so we couldn’t use it. The internet has quite poor reach, in the rooms upstairs you rarelly have wifi, in a house full of people this should be easier. Also all of us found the rooms really nice but the matrass on the beds a bit hard, the pillows were too high or too low, that is also which could easily be sorted too. Last small thing, we expected the towels to be changed at least once in a stay of 9-10 days but that didn’t happen.

Amazing stay in villa Ruana

Best location in Albufeira. It's only 800 meters from Evaristo and Castelo Beach and very close to nice restaurants like Por do Sol, D Dinis or Marinheiro and Supermarkets. The house is very spacious and all bedrooms are in suite. We ask for heated pool and it's was really nice and warm. Alex was a top men and organized for us the golf trip and booked also the airport transfers. Will comeback very soon!!
