We had a lovely long weekend with all our family for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Jackie was brilliant, explained everything to us and was very helpful. The house was perfect, very comfortable and in a great location. The children had a great time in the garden with the trampoline and so much space for running around. Lots of pubs close by and one within walking distance of the house. We wished we had stayed for longer we had a brilliant time.

We had a lovely stay at the house as two families with young children. The position of the kitchen with open access to the garden was great for keeping an eye on the kids playing during the sunny days. The house itself is very clean and modern with all mod cons. Jackie was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jackie.

A very relaxing stay in a lovely house .
The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here . Jackie gave us a lovely welcome and also an amazing welcome pack . The house was spotlessly clean , very well equipped and nice and warm . We had fantastic weather for October
and enjoyed the hot tub , and all the forest walks which start just minutes from the house. It was a very quiet and peaceful location and we definitely recharged our batteries . We should love to return sometime . Thankyou .

Great property in a great location!
We only stayed for 3 nights but would highly recommend this property. Lovely hosts and showed us how to work everything in the house. They gave us some really good tips on what to do in the area which we did nearly all of them! House is lovely, hot tub was a nice touch and we would stay again for sure. Pub is an easy walk up the hill, even easier on way back ;-) thank you for everything. The Jane's.

Wonderful family weekend
Wonderful weekend away for my birthday. Lots of room. Spacious dining area, kitchen has everything you could think of. Hot tub lovely even in the rain. Unique house, highly recommend. Great host.

Beautiful house, surrounded by tranquillity and a hottub
We had a fabulous experience at this place, Jackie has thought of everything from a welcome hamper to beautiful decor and facilities.
Our only snags were a few cobwebs in the bathrooms and the bbq was a bit dirty so we ended up using our own disposables.
Other than that the place was really nice and modern, it is exactly as the pictures show it to be and more.
Would return here in a heartbeat

Lovely break
We had a wonderful week here and enjoyed some time away from our usual surroundings! The house is beautiful, location good (within walking distance of pubs and local walks) and the owner was very helpful. The house has everything you could need. We would also highly recommend hiring Richie from Fabulous Private Dining for the evening. He came to the house and cooked us a three course meal (all socially distanced of course!) A lovely house with lovely donkeys at the bottom of the drive!

The house was everything we hoped it would be for our family, including 6 adults and 3 young children. A modern and well equipped home, with great outdoor space and good location for walking and seeing local wildlife. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect house and location
Eight adults and three young children, we all had a great time. House suited us perfectly, Jackie provided a welcome pack which was much appreciated even coffee beans for the coffee maker. Very good information on local amenities provided and personal recommendations for meals out.

This is a great property; modern, spacious and with lots of facilities. The location is good, being a combination of within the new forest, but also not too far to get to a bigger road to get places.

outstanding home away from home
Meets all expectations and beyond... We had the most fantastic weekend at ivy house! A real couples retreat to the new forest, with hot tub, fab rooms and amazing surroundings. The decor is well chosen and really oozes quality! The horses that come up to the fence are so cute and friendly and the little wooded area out the back has a great tree swing! The hot tub was always on and the kitchen was to such a high spec, we easily catered for 10 ppl. The rooms were so comfy and clean, and the showers were delightful. The old school front of the farmers house soon turns into a modern dream! Would 100% come and stay again! The hosts were fab, couldn’t do enough for you and really helped with tips and hints on where to go in the local area!

Beautiful property in a great New Forest location
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was amazing, clean and spacious. The gardens and hot tub were truly spectacular, The kitchen had everything one could need for cooking, and everything else was pretty well stocked. The beds were luxurious and comfortable and plenty of room for our large family get together. The location is great within the New Forest, and very secluded and peaceful.
Jackie, the owner, was friendly and easy to communicate with, and even provided a basket of welcome goodies. We'd highly recommend this property

Excellent !!!
We had a wonderful stay here with friends and family. The house was fabulous with everything you need to have a home from home experience. We loved the open-plan layout downstairs and the huge doors leading out onto the patio and garden. The hot tub was amazing and big enough for the kids to have a little swim in. The kids loved all the outdoor toys and there was plenty of room for them to run around. It was set in a rural location in the New Forest and close to all the attractions and beaches. Just a 5 minute walk and your in miles of opened forest. We are definitely coming back to stay in the summer.
