Auf dem Dach sieht’s echt sehr schön aus und die Lage ist wirklich Top! Allerdings gibt es jeden Tag einen Zimmerservice, doch danach sind die Zimmer leider immer noch dreckig gewesen. Wahrscheinlich liegt es an dem Hotelpersonal selber, nicht an den Putzfrauen.

Strom ist 1 mal ausgefallen

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Man konnte nachbestellen, was man noch wollte. Ali Baba der uns das Frühstück brachte war super nett und extrem gut gelaunt. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich außergewöhnlich!!! Man sitzt in erster Reihe vor den Pyramiden und kann sein Essen genießen.

Ab Spätnachmittag/Abend war Musik nebenan und auf der eigenen Dachterrasse. Das hat eine ungute Mischung ergeben. Sinnvoller wäre, wenn einer auf die Musik verzichten würde.

IT was stunning experience. If you are looking for the hotel with pyramids view this is defenetly the one. We choose the room with pyramids room balcony. ROom was clean, service is perfect, it has hot water, view was stunning, The rooftop terrace is another gem of this hotel, where you can enjoy your breakfast or a serene evening with the pyramids lit up against the night sky. Hotel workers were so friendly. they helpt too muchh, they even let us to stay extra hours without payment till our flight. Hotel is so safe place, there were nearly 6 7 polis cars waiting for security purposes and also there is turist police office. We like everything in there. Thank you for your services.

the location, very close to the ticket office at the side of the Sfinx. Very convenient! The owner was very friendly.

The breakfast was not really good.

After an inauspicious start (the room they promised us in 6 different messages was not available - surprise, surprise!) they tried their best to make the stay as enjoyable as possible although we could have done without the trip-selling every time they opened their mouths eg how was breakfast sir? what do you do next sir? how about taking our guided tour to ..., sir?

Please dont promise a pyramid view room and then not provide it!

Excellent breakfast, wonderful views and mostly friendly and accommodating staff. the Heaven Lounge is brilliant although the prices are a little high - you are paying for the view though. In general, there are few hotels with better views of the Pyramids!

The rooms are very basic but there again, they are cheap. Most have no view and most do not even have a window. Bare electrical cables hanging around also!

The location is great, right by the sphinx and with the restaurant terrace overlooking this and a great pyramids view. The rooms we were given were clean and the breakfast was good with friendly staff. The transfer from the airport they arranged went smoothly too. It was fantastic to have such great views of the pyramids from the upstairs terrace. It was good to see the sound and light show for free in the evening. The staff, except from one guy we met on our first night, seemed nice.

Unfortunately, my group didn't have the best experience with keeping rooms - we had booked two separate rooms via booking.com, myself several months in advance and my sister at least a month in advance - both of us paying a good amount extra to get balconies/pyramid view rooms. However, when we arrived we were told there was a 'problem' and we were both shown to rooms with no views or balconies at all. I was gutted as I'd spent a long time researching a good place to stay and was really looking forward to waking up to views over the pyramids. A slightly pushy guy told us to go to the cafe while he 'sorted something out' and we had to wait over an hour there until he came and said we could have the choice of either leaving or he would do our food for our two nights for free. This wasn't a great deal as it was already 10pm at night (and leaving with my kids to find a new hotel wasn't really an option) and we'd already been told that there was only two options for food that night and were going to be out the next day/evening. We basically had no choice to accept though (and had already been pushed to fully pay for our rooms before being shown them - yes, probably shouldn't have done that!). It wasn't about the money though for us - just the disappointment of no view. I have a feeling that as our arrival was a Saturday in Ramadan (and we arrived in the evening) that we may have been 'bumped' for other people to be given the originally booked rooms. I would recommend checking room allocation prior and definitely before paying for your room here. The hotel/area was noisy so bring earplugs!
