We celebrated our daughter 21st birthday with 23 family and friends. The townhomes were a perfect set up for our needs - the younger adults in one and the older in the other. The townhome looked exactly as pictured, big and spacious enough for everyone to gather together and lots of bedrooms to retreat for down time. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and lots of linens and towels. Bathrooms stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash. AC worked great during a heat wave while we were there. The rooftop was amazing with great view of the city and lots of seating. The city is a short Uber ride away.
John has been a very responsive host answering all my questions from the time I began inquiring about this location, thru booking and continued during our stay. Two minor issues - a bathroom sink was a little clogged and one of the roof tops had a bad fuse in the cabana lights. John had a very polite handyman out to fix the next day.
As mentioned in other reviews there are lots of stairs but all the space was worth it! We had a wonderful experience and would recommend especially for large groups.

Place was great but should have been told about all the stairs to climb. I had to climb 36 or more to go to my bedroom. that is a big draw back to your place.

We loved our stay with 6 other families (23). Everyone fit comfortably between the side by sides. Great communication and quick responses. Only issue was one of the garage doors was broken and couldn’t be fixed in time to use but there was plenty of street parking. All the families loved it there and would love to go back !

We had 18 family members come to Nashville to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and the two houses worked out great. The young families were able to stay out late and not disturb the seasoned family when coming in late. No issues and would stay at the this location again!

Nice place-not near anything touristy so not able to walk. Lots of steps-ok for able bodied people. Bunk beds seemed to have small mattresses for adults

Nice place for a large group. It was very clean and had lots of extra blankets and pillows. The host was very responsive. There are a lot stairs (which we knew ahead of time) so it wouldn’t be great for anyone with mobility challenges.

Great experience. VRBO listing accurately matched by the actual house. Clean and well stocked. Great value. Full of features and furnishings not expected in this price range. Host very, very responsive to any questions or problems (minor) that occurred. Highly recommended to any group wishing to visit the great city of Nashville. Would love to be back in the future.

The two homes are both beautiful and with plenty of space for our family gathering of 12 adults and 3 kids. The few minor issues we had were quickly addressed by the owners who were very responsive and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Ample parking in the garages and the rooftop views were extraordinary once it warmed enough for us to enjoy them. The few hiccups that did occur, were minor, and made for memorable moments , especially to my grandkids. Strongly recommend these properties

The property was lovely. Unfortunately a number of ceiling lights were out. There were none in the main floor bedroom and the wattage of the light in the closet was of no use. Need a phone flashlight to see anything. There were a number of other random lights out in both properties.

Perfect for a big group
These condos were perfect for our large group! Some people got their own room, and there was plenty of room to share. The 2 condos worked out great and we used one as a central hangout with all the food and coffee. It was a little further from downtown than we thought but still only a cheap Uber drive or longer scooter ride away. The rooftop deck was a great feature. We would definitely come back!

Awesome houses with a view!
These houses were perfect for my family (13 of us) to split up & stay between. The beds were so comfortable & there was a bathroom for everyone!! I really appreciated that there was a garage to park in. The view of Nashville was phenomenal especially at night!! The location was perfect, only a short Uber ride to downtown. John (the owners) was very responsive and answered any questions I had prior to booking. I recommend staying here!!

The house was in a convenient location and was clean and nicely decorated overall. However, upon arrival we noticed a large number of fruit flies in the main floor bathroom and covering the two light fixtures in the kitchen. We notified the host and he said he'd send someone over to take a look. Instead, we were later told he would bring over traps the next day. Since there were a couple dozen flying around, we couldn't sit in the kitchen area. We googled at home remedies to remove them to help get rid of them, of which we did two on our own. They significantly reduced the amount but more kept showing up. Someone did show up the following day but not with traps. The lady who showed up said she was with the cleaning company and proceeded to spray wasp and hornet killer on the light fixtures, kitchen counter top, and down the sink drain (nothing was done to the bugs in the bathroom). Because of the amount of bugs we were unable to keep food at the house or use the kitchen to make food, which we had planned on doing for several meal.

We had a great weekend in Nashville and the house lived up to all of the hype in the pictures and reviews! The layout was perfect and the common areas were even larger than the pictures made them appear. The house was stocked with all of the products and appliances that we needed and then some. I would highly recommend staying here!!

These properties worked amazing for our group. The big kitchen island is perfect to gather around for large groups. Views from rooftop were amazing.

Nice and modern house
Great experience with owners. The house was nice but I recommend getting a rental car. We had to get two Ubers everywhere we went, no restaurants or bars nearby so $60 each way.

The host was extremely flexible and very proactive after a plumbing issue occurred - we were still able to enjoy the 2 properties side by side so we could all be located together- I would rent this property again without question. Only concern is the number of stairs - not accessible by wheelchair. Fortunately we are all ambulatory and teased about our daily work out climbing the steps.
The view of downtown Nashville was incredible and made the stair climbing well worth it. Overall an amazing place!

Both condos were spacious and well appointed. Both kitchens were well stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee mugs etc. Location was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go in Nashville. Owners were easy to communicate with and were very responsive.

Beautiful place
We met as a group of friends. Though we had two units, we used second unit for only sleeping. The terrace/roof has a nice view of downtown. Due to COVID, we spent most of the time in the unit or walking around nearby Vandy campus. It was a good place to hang out with friends, drink some fine liquor and eat a lot of Chinese take out :-)
