Clean condo. Location as advertised. Common area, pool and beach we great. Easy checkin and checkout process.

Great stay. The weather was great most of the time and we even got some golfing in.

We stayed here with a family group of 9. The unit accommodated all of us perfectly. The views were beautiful and the whole location was very family friendly. It was quiet at night, the elevators and surrounding areas were always clean and smelled fresh, the pool was clean and refreshing, lacation was perfect for anywhere we wanted to go.

The unit was great. Everything was exactly as displayed. We would love to come back

Gorgeous view of the beach and we loved being on the first floor. There was a few cons/ inconveniences. There was flat sheets instead of fitted sheets on the beds. Sand was on all the floors and even in the sinks. So our first night we spent cleaning up. Our parking pass was not located in the unit so we had a warning the first night on our windshield after placing our suitcases inside. We did receive special permission from the condo that gave us 24 hours to receive pass from owners/ property managers so our car wouldn’t be towed. Closet door was off hinges in secondary room so our little kids roomed with us for safety issues. There was mold in owner shower and light bulb was out. The shower was deep so it made it quite dark when showering. Filter in refrigerator needed to be replaced and beeped often. These things could be easily fixed and the unit would be one of a kind.

The property management needs more help. Our code to get in was incorrect, fortunately the three times we needed in the first day, someone was coming out so we didn’t have to wait long. Finally, a couple said “they should have sent you the code via email, I replied they did, I said the number and they said, no that is wrong and gave me the correct code. We had 5 lights bulbs out, 2 of which was in the main bathroom-we were told the first day maintenance would be coming-never did, so during our entire stay it was a very dark bathroom. I had ask for 2 parking passes-standard with this property and they were not there, only one-called and they said it would be right there- had to called twice and finally got it late evening on the second day, so thankful my granddaughter’s car wasn’t towed. I feel certain it is a lack of employees not incompetence, everyone was very nice.
