When we arrived a very nice host welcomed us. They prepared some nice complimentary treats for us that we can enjoy. We had our own apartment with a sitting are in front. We could park our car just in front of the door.
There was a noise coming from the water system.

The hosts were so friendly and kind with us, finding a solution to allow us to stay one more night. The place is super quite, well furnished and really clean. Loved it

Very nice apartment outside of Kotor. The host was super nice, she even baked a super delicious cake for us :)
The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Since the apartment is in the hills above Kotor, it is a great escape from the crowd!
Last part of the road to the aparment is very narrow and steep. You just have to prepare yourself for this last part and look at Google :) As I have said, it is a nice escape from the crowds of Kotor.

Brand new, spacious property, nice view, fresh air, spacious terrace
Was difficult to find, quite outside Kotor (but this we knew in advance and some might also consider an advantage, surrounding is very nice)

The people who runs this property waited for us till12:30 am at night and handed over the keys as they live downstairs. There are a lot of cats, property is absolutely new and econimically priced considering Kotor. It is a 20 mins drive to the Old town of Kotor from here but there is always a traffic jam on entering the Kotor old town from this property. Overall a good option but also there are several scope for improvement. Make sure to chat with the manager of the property via whatsapp before arrival as he can't speak english and always is comfortable to translate and chat via whatsapp.
There is so far no breakfast option, also the place is located somewhere in the top of the mountain with a good view of the Kotor town but at the same time it is difficult to spot as there is no marker or sign anywhere written Casa Del Sole Lux inlcuding inside the premise. The last 100 m to this property is really a tough one with the car for the first time.

The room is spacious, quiet, very clean. The host was lovely, welcoming and greeted us even with a delicious cake.

The place is amazing, you can get the best views of Kotor from here. It's a bit out of the city, but for us it was perfect to have some peace and quiet and still get the views. The hosts were very nice, will definitely come back here when in Kotor!

Really good place to stay! The room os so new, bed is very confortable, bathroom is big and we received fruits and cake when we arrived! Really nice place to stay in Kotor!!!
You need a car to go there, since the house is 10 minutes drive from old city.

Lovely host! the place had a comfy bed, good WiFi, a fully-equipped kitchen, and great shower. Best place we stayed at in Montenegro.

It is an amazing place to stay. The apartment was spacious, modern, very well equipped, quiet and very clean. It had an outstanding balcony with a beautiful view and sunbeds where you can chill and get some sun tan. There is a parking space and is a few minutes drive from Kotor. 3-4 minutes drive from a big supermarket.
The hosts were lovely. We had a welcome appetizer and almond nuts. During the course of our stay, the hosts also gave us a delicious cake which we enjoyed so much. Everything was perfect and we strongly recommend it to anyone!

Very modern an clean apartment. While the space looks small, there is everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine and a cozy little balcony. We were greeted warmly by the mother of the owner with a bottle of wine. We can only recommend this nice apartment!
