Nice property in great location. Near the diner and 6 min walk to the beach. Plenty of space, ideal for groups

My nephew and his fiancee were married in an afternoon ceremony on HHI. This location was a perfect fit for our a large family because each of the bedrooms had it's own bath. Everyone had their own space which was very nice.

We were booked the weekend that Ian was coming ashore, the property manager responded quickly to my many safety questions so we ended up having a beautiful weekend when Hilton Head was not very crowded. The house had plenty of room, plenty of dishes and utensils. The pool was cleaned of leaves and debris from the storm, so we were able to use it also. There are quite a few doors on the lower level which made for some challenging moments but once again the property manager came through. The only thing I would recommend is giving each bathroom a “litte love”; sink and tub stoppers were missing or not functioning, towel bars and hooks need added or replaced, toilet paper holders need replaced/repaired, and handles on main floor bathroom cabinet need replaced. Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms for our family of 15 people. The swimming pool area was all shaded, would have enjoyed if sun during the day. The beach was about .7 of a mile away. I would have preferred to be closer. There was a golf cart service provided by a young high school student who did an outstanding job getting us to and from the beach. Great location for groceries and restaurants.

other than the distance to the beach the house was very nice, clean, and everything pictured. the walk/drive to beach access was not ideal with kids but we still had a great time.

The house exceeded our expectations as soon as we walked in! It was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfy. Each bed had a set of towels bundled together and each bathroom had a small bag a toiletries which was a very nice surprise! The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes on a low traffic road but you get access to a beach that is not nearly as crowded as others. We did have an issue with the door lock for the downstairs however the host sent someone the next morning to fix it and was very quick with his communication! Plenty of plates/utensils and cooking supplies as well as beach chairs/supplies. If we go to HH again I would absolutely stay here!

We were six adults and grandchildren ages 2, 4, 6, 8 there for spring break. The property was just right. The grandchildren had room to spread out their arts and crafts in the first floor family room and master suite and they had their private rooms upstairs. We paid to have the pool heated since it was early April and this turned out to be the best decision as everyone enjoyed the pool every day. An added bonus for the kids was that the playground was a very short walk from the property. The property manager responded to our requests promptly (smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived). We did replace the can opener and buy some additional dish towels. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, however, pots and pans were old and cooking utensils were sparse. We would definitely book this property again!

This was a very nice place in a small neighborhood without gates which was nice. Distance to beach was a little further than expected.

The property is in a beautiful neighborhood not far from the beach. Bret is a great host. He was responsive and provided needed information very timely. There are instructions to pay attention to soon as you enter the home. The property is a spacious getaway, perfect for relaxing with 15. It sleeps 21 depending on sleeping arrangements needed and if you can fit two on the full size beds which are the 2 double bed rooms and the 2 full size bunk beds, one of which has a twin size drawer trundle. I really love the location and the neighborhood. I look forward to renting again and planning accordingly.

House fitted our needs perfectly.

The main living quarters of the home were nice and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable! The lower level pool/rec area is in desperate need of cleaning and repair. The screen that separates the outside from the lower staircase that leads into the house was completely ripped out and bugs/flies were all over the place. There were several burned out light bulbs (garage and some bedrooms) that made it frustrating for our guests. The back patio needed a good power wash. Good location.

A beautiful home located within walking distance to the beach. Our family was very comfortable in this home. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home spacious with lots of room to accommodate our families. It is within a 1 mile driving distance to food shopping and convenience stores you may need. We rented bikes and found it easy to navigate and explore the area. A community park is located across the street with tennis courts and soccer fields. A safe bike path is also accessible . Overall, a perfect location and amazing week spent in this beautiful home. Thank you, we will return!

The beds were extremely comfortable. We had trouble with the showers and the temperature of the water, the room with the patio chairs and garage was locked, and the door left unlocked downstairs had garbage left in it

From beginning to end our experience has been superb! The home was immaculate and was a true oasis for my family and I! The only thing I’m upset about is that we had to leave! We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything Tony!

Great place to stay. Clean and spacious. Have a mini heated pool. 10 mins walk from a beach.

Our group of 3 families had an amazing time at this property. The distance to the beach was short and we were able to walk with the older (9YO) boys, but we often didn’t need to because the golf cart shuttle was easy and prompt! The pool great for the kids to play in after a day at the beach, and was nice to have for rainy days too. Comfortable beds, good showers, and plenty of space. The property contact was fantastic even before the trip began. He answered many random questions as we planned for this large group, and even ordered a crockpot for the house so we could use during our stay! There were not many sharp knives if you plan to do some cooking, but other than that we had everything we needed! Great trip and experience here!

Excellent house for the weekend getaway with friends and family. This place has everything you need! it is close to the beach and shops. The house also has a beautiful semi-indoor heated pool. Definitely will stay here in the future.

This property was outstanding, luxuious and exactly as described. We enjoyed the amenities, proximity to beaches and space inside! Only challenge we had was with connecting to streaming accounts with the Guest login. Absolutely loved the Master Bedroom memory foam bed. Awesome location and rental!

The property is very nice; exactly as the pictures show. The home is family friendly and accommodating. I have no complaints about the space; my family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is equipped with the utensils and cookware; although we did bring our own. I love that there were smart TVs in every room and they worked. Usually you rent a home and there are really old TVs or no TV at all. The owner was very responsive when I had a question (but there weren't any issues). Hands down...one of the best places I've ever rented.

This place was awesome. There was enough space and privacy for the family to spread out. This unit home came equipped with almost everything you could think of. The property manager was helpful and very prompt with response. Great Thanksgiving holiday there!
