This was one of the most frustrating rentals I've ever had. Don't bother booking in the summer/fall months there is no AC which is listed. The problem is compounded because most of the windows do not open. Most windows can hardly open due to being broken/rotted out or no screens. It was very difficult to cool the house down even with fans. We also found a random filthy towel that was not from our group. The oven does not work either. You turn on the oven to preheat and it won't heat up. The parking also has a pine tree that will drip sap all over your car. Visitor parking is more remote and can't be seen from the unit. I couldn't wait to check out of this property.

This is a very spacious house in a great location, very close to Settlers Green outlets and several restaurants and yet it is very quiet and peaceful. The house is well furnished with plenty of towels and linens and kitchen necessities. There are books and games, even a table tennis table in the basement and also a nice deck. There is also a small pool and good parking. If we were to stay in the area again we would definitely consider staying here again, except during really hot weather! There is no a/c, which we knew beforehand, and we happened to be there during a really hot spell. There are lots of fans but it was very hard to cool the upstairs rooms to a comfortable temperature. The upstairs loft area is accessible by a ladder which worked well with our grandkids (11 & 13) but might be difficult for really little ones or elderly relatives.

House is in a great location. Fully stocked, clean and i even received a message saying i was able to check in early. I wish the house had ac because it was really hot even with all the fans on and windows open. Overall great experience.

Plenty of space to sleep. Great living and kitchen space to eat and unwind after shopping. It was clean and bright and had outdoor hangout space that was a bonus.

Location was convenient to everything. The space was big and had all the basics. Quiet location. Overall the house was not clean. Blankets, carpets, showers and furniture were dirty. If it was properly cleaned review would be more positive. Front steps broken with cone placed on top.

The condo was a great space - plenty of room in the first floor to hang out plus a bedroom and bathroom. Second floor had another bedroom. Jack n bill bathroom and a futon. The loft area had two twin beds. Ladder would be too much for little ones to climb. Biggest complaint was lack of air conditioning which I didn’t realize until a couple of days before we left. It was 90+ all week - if it had a/c, I would have given it a 5. Couldn’t sleep in loft due to heat. Lastly - they have a little shared pool but just ask for the pool combo ahead of time. I called 3x to get the combo for the lock so we could cool off and fit three different combos each time - all wrong. I did get a text from a local person who could help in my arrival who I should have called first - he helped out right away. Non-property related concern - don’t plan to eat out in North Conway. They are so short staffed that only a few restaurants were open on any day and were crazy crowded. No res/call ahead. Plan to shop and cook in. Overall great property and value!

The location is great. The house is less than 10 min drive to many scenic spots in the area, as well restaurants and shops. It's generally clean and tidy, though looks a bit more dated than the picture. The neighborhood is generally quiet and safe. The table tennis in the basement was pretty fun.

Nice big townhouse, lots room to spread out. Close to Mount Washington and other area attractions! Close to downtown area and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We are two families that decided to stay here together. 4 adults and 3 children (4 1/2 and 1). The kids loved it! There was plenty of space for all 7 of us and the location was perfect for our small and quick get away. Forewarning for anyone deciding to stay here during the summer - the first night was HOT! We did know that this place did not have AC. There were lots of fans to use but the second and third loft space/bedroom gets incredibly hot - even with all the windows open. We weren’t too bothered by it but I know people who would not have been able to manage the heat. Everything was super clean! We all agreed that this place was a nice place to stay but would have been the absolute best if it had AC. I would definitely stay here again in either the Fall or Winter season.

inside was very nice and kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and utensils. had some issues with cleanliness of unit ie: candy wrappers on floor and one bathroom toilet needing attention. overall inside was very nice however several windows needed repair and could not be opened. when we arrived it was 91 degrees and the unit did not have AC as stated in online listing. there were several fans available and the rest of the time the temps were fine. outside of unit needed more care with shrubs and decking. overall we had a very nice time. property mgr was very helpful .

Loved this property! It is managed by Vacasa, and they provide an app for info about the house, directions, and access info. I contacted their customer service a few times in advance of our stay, and they were always terrific! In the home, the kitchen, living room furnishings, and beds are all modern and updated. Beds were so comfortable! Loved the ping pong table in the basement. Some areas that need a little updating or improvements- the bedroom lamps are a bit dated, and the deck has only Rubbermaid chairs and no eating or cocktail tables. The deck itself could use a little work, but I assume that is a condo association thing. Location is amazing, in the midst of shopping and restaurants, yet tucked away in the woods. This is an end unit so felt very private. Overall, we loved it here and would stay again on our next trip here. As mentioned, no AC, so that may affect time of year we would rent. We had a cool weekend and it was lovely!

I read online that there was no air-conditioning in the loft and we knew the weather Was going to be close to 90 and the pool was not yet open. it also stated that some of the windows didn’t open all the way or the door slider was jammed and didn’t open. I feel reading reviews is very important when planning to stay someplace . I contacted the property and told them of my concerns As this was a mother daughter trip and we were very much concerned about these items . we did not want to be in a stifling building during this weather . I can tell you with that without a doubt they had somebody go and open up the windows before check in to make sure it wasn’t hot and they checked all the windows and put fans in every room on every level.. Not to mention that the door opened perfectly ,the beds were comfortable the unit was immaculate and essentials just like home ! It was comfortable to sleep at night and we pulled the shades down during the day and the unit stayed cool I would disregard any concerns about prior reviews and know that without a doubt that these people go above and beyond to ensure that you have what you need ,all you need to do is communicate with them! We enjoyed the privacy and the comfort so much that we spent less time shopping and more time relaxing right at the condo ! we definitely will be back! The information they provide us to access was easy for us to get in we had no issues everything worked it was a home away from home! Thank you for a memorable getaway from to workaholics !

Our stay for the weekend was very enjoyable. Plenty of seating for all of us in the living room and the bonus of a fireplace took the chill of the rainy weekend. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We would definitely stay here again for our next girls weekend.

We are a family of 5, stayed here for a full week. When I asked the kids 16, 14 and 4 what the best part of their trip was....they all said it was the vacation house!! And we did everything!! We will 100% staying in this house every year for vacation. It was clean, spacious, filled with every single thing you have/need in a regular house. Best family vacation!

The location is great and it was a very unique property, but it was too hot for the kids to sleep in the loft-which they were looking forward to doing. We appreciated the portable a/c unit downstairs and it made the stay more comfortable on the first floor, but the upstairs was extremely stuffy and hot, particularly the first night.
