The beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was one of the best, we’ve been to.

The noise of the traffic in the big room was a bit loud.

The location was great and the apartment nice and clean.

The air conditioning was very loud in some of the rooms.

Rina’s place is great - location close to central station and downtown. Easy access - close to attractions (Cinque Terre) Rooms are super clean and modern. Rina is a phenomenal host … goes the extra steps to make sure everything is perfect. La Spezia is a fun town to walk on Friday night - lots of family’s and food

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk to both the station and shopping/restaurant area. Nice big bathroom with the best shower. It doesn’t get extremely hot or cold like most showed in Italy tend to do. The host was very friendly and kind. There is a washing machine (and detergent) which was incredibly useful especially as we were on a longer trip. Felt safe as there was a gate and main door in addition to the door to the apartment which have locks. Has everything you need, a good coffe maker, extra blankets, a selection of teas and an adorable tea pot.

Nothing! Just remember to inform the host if you need both rooms so she can get them both ready before arrival.

The apartment is really nice and very well-equipped. The location is great, very close to the central train station, all the shops and restaurants and there are two parking garages with very reasonable prices. One at the train station and a better one at the Nuovo Mondo parking garage.

Great location close to cafes, restaurants and station for Cinque Terre and other sites. Clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs but as advertised. Lora was very friendly at check in. Recommend this place.
